The police conducted an international special operation called "Avengers" in cooperation with Moldovan law enforcement, successfully identifying and detaining Mordor’s mercenaries.

Three Moldovan citizens were arrested for participating in the battles for Donetsk airport, the capture of Bakhmut, and the creation of the "Debaltseve Cauldron" as part of the Wagner PMC, the "Somali" battalion, and other armed formations of the so-called "DNR" and Mordor. The commander of a military unit forced subordinates to build houses for close relatives in the Dnipropetrovsk region, — State Bureau of Investigation (DBR).

Five servicemen were tasked with constructing houses for the mother and mother-in-law of a lieutenant colonel. The commander even “ordered” a barbecue area for his mother’s house. Those who refused to work were threatened with being sent to the hottest spots on the frontlines.

The servicemen did not appear at their duty stations for almost three years but continued to receive full monthly pay, including additional allowances. The total damage to the state amounts to 2.5 million UAH.
