የተለያዩ የመንግስት ዩንቨርስቲዎች በዛሬው ዕለት በርካታ ተማሪዎቻቸውን በደማቅ ሁኔታ አስመርቀዋል።

መቅደላ አምባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ 998 ተማሪዎችን አስመርቋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተለያዩ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች ስልጠናቸውን ተከታትለው ያጠናቀቁ የ5ኛ ዙር ተመራቂዎች የምረቃ ስነ-ስርዓት ዛሬ አካሒዷል።

ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ 223 በድኅረ-ምረቃ ፕሮግራም ፤ 389 በመደበኛ፣ በተከታታይ እና በክረምት መርሐግብሮች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ያሰለጠናቸውን ተማሪዎችን ዛሬ አስመርቋል።

ከተመራቂዎቹ ውስጥ 127 ተማሪዎች በህክምና ትምህርት የተመረቁ መሆናቸው ተገልጿል።

ዋቸሞ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያዩ የትምህርት ዘርፎች ያሰለጠናቸውን 1,513 ተማሪዎችን ዛሬ አስመረቋል።

የሕክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ እንዲሁም በተከታታይ መርሐግብር የቅድመ-ምረቃ እና የድኅረ-ምረቃ ተማሪዎች ዩኒቨርሲቲው ዛሬ ባከናወነው 14ኛ ዙር የተማሪዎች የምረቃ ስነ-ስርዓት መመረቃቸው ተገልጿል።

ኦዳ ቡልቱም ዩኒቨርሲቲ የጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የመጀመሪያ ባች ተማሪዎቹን ዛሬ አስመርቋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው ዛሬ ያስመረቃቸው የጤና ተማሪዎች ባለፈው ሳምንት የተሰጠውን የመውጫ ፈተና ወስደው ሙሉ በሙሉ ያለፉ መሆናቸው ተገልጿል።

ሰላሌ ዩኒቨርሲቲ 232 በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ እና 107 በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በጤና ሳይንስ መስክ ያሰለጠናቸውን 339 ተማሪዎች አስመርቋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተጨማሪም በ Higher Diploma Program ስልጠናቸውን ተከታትለው ያጠናቀቁ 28 መምህራን በዛሬው ዕለት አስመርቋል።

ጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች ከመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ እስከ ሦስተኛ ዲግሪ መርሐ ግብር ትምህርታቸውን ሲከታተሉ የቆዩ 366 የሕክምና ተማሪዎችን አስመርቋል።

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ አመራር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት አጭር ቃል ፥ " ፈተናው ተለቆ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ተልኳል " ብለዋል።

ልዩ ዝግጅት

የ1.3 ቢሊየን ህዝብ መገኛ በሆነችው አፍሪካ በተለይ ድኅነትን ለማጥፋት፣ የምግብ ዋስትናን ለማረጋገጥ፣ ሰላምና ደኅንነት ለማስፈን እንዲሁም ሌሎች ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሥርዓቶችን ለመገንባት የአፍሪካ ኅብረት አሁንም አገራትን ማስተባበርና አንድነትን ማጠናከር እንዳለባት ይነገራል።

በ2050 ከ25 ዓመት በታች ዕድሜ ያላችው ወጣቶች ቁጥር 2.5 ቢሊዮን ይደርስባታል ተብሎ የሚጠበቅባት አፍሪካ እየሰፋ የሚሄደውን የህዝብ ቁጥር በማስተሳሰር ቀጠናዊ የሆነ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ትብብርን መፈጠር ካልቻለች ትልቅ ፈተና እንደሚገጥማት መገንዘብ ያስፈልጋል ባዮችም በርካቶች ናቸው።

ይህንን ወቃታዊ ጉዳይ መነሻ በማድረግ ልዩ የውይይት መድረክ ተዘጋጅቷል። ለተማሪዎች ክፍት የሆነ ውይይት ከመሆኑም በላይ የሻይ ቡና ቆይታ ያለው በመሆኑ ከዘርፉ ምሁራን ጋርም ሆነ ከሌሎች ጋር ግንኙነትን ለመፍጠር ትልቅ ዕድል ይሰጣል።

🔴" የተፈተነው ፈተና ኮንተንቱ(ይዘቱ) ህክምና ያልሆነ ነው በትምህርት ሊገኝ የማይችል ነው " - ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች

🔵" የተማሩት ነው የሚወጣው የተፈተኑትም ይህን መሰረት አድርጎ ነው " - ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር

ሃገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam) ከጥር 26-30/2017 ዓም በ 87 የፈተና ማዕከላት መሰጠቱ ይታወሳል።

ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያም ፈተናው ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ " ፈተናው ለፈተና ዝግጅት ከሚያግዘው ' ብሉፕሪንት ' ውጪ ነው ይዘቱም ከተማርነው ትምህርት ጋር የማይገናኝ ነው " የሚሉ ቅሬታዎችን ከተፈታኞች ተቀብሏል።

" ከእኛ በፊት አምና የተመረቁ ተማሪዎች የተፈተኑትን ፈተና ተመልክተናል ሰርተንም ስለገባን እናውቀዋለን ትክክለኛ ፈተና ነበር የተፈተኑት ይዘቶቹም ጥሩ ነበሩ ዘንድሮ ምን እንደተፈጠረ አናውቅም የወጣው ፈተና ከህክምና ጋር የማይገናኝ ጥያቄ ይበዛው ነበር " ሲሉ ቅሬታቸውን አቅርበዋል።

በተጨማሪ ከጤና ተማሪዎች ውጭ የፊዚክስ ተማሪዎች ቅሬታቸውን አቅርበዋል።

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች መሪ ስራ አስፈጻሚ ኤባ ሚጀና (ዶ/ር ) ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት ቃል ከብሉ ፕሪንት ውጪ ተፈትነናል የሚለው ቅሬታ " ውሸት ነው " ብለዋል።

አክለውም "ፈተናው ከብቃት ጋር የተገናኘ ከሁለተኛ ዓመት እስከ መጨረሻ ዓመት የተማሩት ነው የሚወጣው የተፈተኑትም ይህን መሰረት አድርጎ ነው " ብለዋል።

በሌላ በኩል ሃገር አቀፉ የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ረቡዕ ወይም ሐሙስ አጠቃላይ የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ይፋ እንደሚደረግ ሚኒስቴሩ እንደገለጸለት ህብረቱ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ አሳውቋል፡፡

ኢትዮጵያ ለ644 ደቡብ ሱዳናዊያን ነጻ የትምህርት ዕድል ሰጠች

ኢትዮጵያ በ2024/25 የትምህርት ዘመን ለ644 ደቡብ ሱዳናዊያን ነጻ የትምህርት ዕድል ሰጠች፡፡

ነጻ የትምህርት ዕድሉ ለ577 የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪና ለ67 ድሕረ-ምረቃ ፕሮግራም መሰጠቱን በደቡብ ሱዳን የኢትዮጵያ አምባሳደር ነቢል መሐዲ ተናግረዋል፡፡

አምባሳደሩ የነጻ ትምህርት ዕድሉ በሁለቱ ሀገራት መካከል ያለውን ግንኙነትና አጋርነት የሚያጠናክር መሆኑን አንስተው÷ተማሪዎቹ የኢትዮጵያና የደቡብ ሱዳንን ግንኙነት እንዲያጠናክሩ አሳስበዋል፡፡

በደቡብ ሱዳን በከፍተኛ ትምህርት፣ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስቴር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ዳይሬክተር ጀኔራል ፕሮፌሰር ቶች ሌይም በበኩላቸው ÷ ኢትዮጵያ በትምህርትና ስልጠና ዘርፍ ለደቡብ ሱዳን ለሰጠችው ድጋፍ አመስግነዋል፡፡

የተማሪዎች ተወካዮችም ለተደረገላቸው የነጻ ትምህርት እድል ተጠቃሚነት ምስጋና አቅርበው÷ለሁለቱ እህትማማች ሀገራት የጋር ተጠቃሚነት እንደሚሠሩ አረጋግጠዋል፡፡

እጓለ ገብረ ዮሐንስ (ዶ/ር) ስለ ትምህርት ዓላማ ካሰፈሩት

ትምህርት አንድን ሀገር ወይም ማህበረሰብ ለማልማት፣ ለማዘመን እንዲሁም ለማጥፋት የሚያስችል ኃይል ያለው ቁልፍ መሳሪያ ነው። ዓለማችን እዚህ የረቀቀ ቴክኖሎጂ ዘመን ላይ የደረሰችው በትምህርት ላይ በተሰራ ጠንካራና ተከታታይነት ያለው ስራ መሆኑ እሙን ነው።

የትምህርትን አይተኬ ሚናን የተገነዘቡት የኢትዮጵያ መሪዎች በየዘመናቸው ሰፋፊ ስራዎችን ሰርተዋል፣ እየሰሩም ይገኛሉ።

ስለ ትምህርት እና ስልጣኔ አስፈላጊነት ጽሁፎች፣ ዲስኩሮችና ጥናቶችን ካቀረቡ ምሁራን መካከል ከቀደምቶቹ ነጋድራስ ገብረ ሕይወት ባይከዳኝ፣ በጅሮንድ ተክለኃዋርያት ተክለማርያም፣ ከበደ ሚካኤል፣ ዮፍታሄ ንጉሤ፣ እጓለ ገብረ ዮሐንስ (ዶ/ር) እና ሀዲስ አለማዬሁ የመሳሰሉ ተጠቃሽ ናቸው።

አጓለ ገብረ ዮሐንስ “የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ዘይቤ” በሚል ርዕስ የመጀመሪያው የኢትዮጵያ ዩንቨርሲቲ ሲመሰረት ለትውልዱ ማነቃቂያ ይሆን ዘንድ በአዲስ አበባ ሬድዮ ያቀረቧቸው ንግግሮች ስብስብ በ1956 ዓ.ም በመጽሐፍ መልክ ታትሞላቸዋል።

እጓለ ገብረ ህይወት (ዶ/ር) በዚህ መድብላቸው ስለ ስልጣኔ፣ ዕድገትና ትምህርት በሰፊው የዳሰሱ ሲሆን በተለይ ስለ ትምህርት ፍልስፍና፣ ዕውቀትን ስለመሻት የትምህርት ዓላማ ወዘተ ብዙ ነገሮችን ዳሰዋል።

ስለ ትምህርት ዓላማ ካነሷቸው ነጥቦች ውስጥ የሚከተለው ይገኝበታል፡-

የትምህርት ዓላማ

የፍልስፍና ነፋስ ሲያልፍ እንኳ ያልነካው ማዕከለ ነቂህ ወንዋም በሚገኝ ሰው ችግር መኖሩን እንኳ ሳይመለከት የቆጥ የባጡን ቀባጥሮ ሊያልፍ ይችላል። የትምህርት ዓላማ ከመላ ህይወት ዓላማ ጋር የተያያዘ መካከለኛ ችግር ነው። ፈላስፋ ተብሎ ስለዚህ ጉዳይ ያልተናገረ የለም። ከቀረቡት አስተያየቶች መካከል ትክከለኞቹን በመምረጥ የራሳቸንንም በማከል እንደሚከተለው ለማስረዳት እንሞክራልን።

ትምህርት በጠቅላላ ከሰው ህይወት ጥረቶች አንዱ ነው። እንዲያውም ዋናው ነው። የሰው ጥረት ሲባል አንዳች ዓላማ ያለው፣ አንድ ነገር የሚከታተል፣ የሚጠበቅ ነው። አነሳሽ ምክንያት እንዳለው መድረሻም አለው። አሪስቶትል የተባለው ፈላስፋ ይህን ሃሳብ ‘ኤንዴሌሂያ” በሚል ቃል ወስኖ ገልጾታል።

ትርጓሜው ህያው የሆነ ነገር በመላ ወይም በመሆን፣ በመካሄድ ላይ ያለው ነገር ሁሉ ለኑሮ፣ ለህይወቱ ጉዞ መድረሻና ፍጻሜነት ያለው እና ይህንንም መድረሻ (ቴሎስ) በገዛ ራሱ ውስጥ የያዘ ነው በማለት ነው።

የሰውም ሆነ የሌሎቹ ህያዋን ነገሮች መቅድማዊ ሁኔታ ረቂቅና የዘርነት መልክ ያለው ነው። በገዛ ውስጡ ባሉት የእድገት ህግጋት እየተመራ ከተወሰነ ዓላማ ይደርሳል። ከነዚህ ህግጋት አንዱ የመኖር ፍላጎት ነው። ሰው ለመኖር ይፈልጋል። ዶስቶየቭስኪ የሚባለው ደራሲ እንደሚለው ‘ሰው ለመኖር ይህን ያህል ብርቱ ፍላጎት ስላለው በግራ ገደል፣ በቀኝ ገደል፣ ከፊት ገደል፣ ከኋላ ገደል ሆኖበት በአንድ እግሩ ብቻ ለመቆም በሚችልበት ቦታ ቢያገኝ መኖር፣ አሁንም መኖር ይፈልጋል’።

በምን ምክንያት እንደሆነ አላውቅም። ለመኖር ያለን ፍላጎት ከሰብዓዊ ባሕሪያችን ጋር ውስጣዊ ግንኙነት ያለው ነው። ይህ የኑሮ ፍላጎት ሰውን በብዙ ረገድ እንዲጥር ያስገድደዋል። ከነዚህ ጥረቶች አንዱ ለዕውቀት ያለን መጓጓት ነው። ከዋናዎቹ የፍልስፍና ድርሰቶች መካከል የሚቆጠረው የአሪስቶትል ሜታፊዚክስ በአጭር አረፍተ ነገር ይጀምራል።

“ሰዎች በመላ ስለዕውቀት የባሕርይ ፍትወት ወይም መጓጓት ይሰማቸዋል!” ትልቅ እውነት የያዘ ንግግር ነው። ሰው ለዕውቀት በጣም ይጓጓል። አንዳንዱማ በብርቱ ይንሰፈሰፋል። ጥበብ ሀገሯ፣ መገኛዋ፣ ፈለጓስ ወዴት ነው። እያለ በመጠየቅ የብስ [ምድር] አቋርጦ፣ ባህር ተሻግሮ ይሰደዳል።

በዚህም ምክንያት ከህጻንነቱ ዘመን ጀምሮ እስከ ጎልማሳነቱ ድረስ ግማሹን የህይወት ዘመን በትምህርት ቤት ያሳልፋል። ከዛም በኋላ ለማወቅ ያለው ተምኔትና ናፍቆት ስለማይረካለት በተሰማራበት የህይወት መስክ ሁሉ በዙሪያው ያሉትን ነገሮች ለማወቅ ይጣጣራል፣ የዕውቀት ጥረት ዘወትር የሚቀጥል ምን ጊዜም የማያቋርጥ ጥረት ነው። ለዕውቀት የሚያነሳሳን የሚገፋፋን ሌላው ምክንያት የኑሮ ችግር ነው”።

ጥናቶችን ከዚህ በፊት መቆጣጠር ያልተቻለው የጥናቶቹ ክፍት አለመሆን ነው የሚሉት ኃላፊው፤ በምርምር ተቋማት የሚደረጉ ጥናቶች ሙያዊ ስነ-ምግባርን መከተላቸውን፣ በሚጠበቀው ሂደት ማለፋቸውን ለመቆጣጠር የጥናቶቹ ክፍት መሆን ወሳኝ ሚና እንዳለው አመላክተዋል።

በቀጣይ ጥናቶች ሲደረጉ ለማረጋገጥ በርካታ የቴክኖሎጂ አማራጮች ጥቅም ላይ እንደሚውሉ እንዲሁም ምርምሮቹን ከሌሎች የምርምር ውጤቶች ጋር ለማመሳከር ከአለም አቀፍ ተቋማት ጋር በትስስር እንደሚሰራ ጠቁመዋል።

የመውጫ ምዘና ላልወሰዱ መምህራን ማስረጃ እንዳይሰጥ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳሰበ፡፡

ሚኒስቴሩ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እና ለክልል ትምህርት ቢሮዎች በጻፈው ደብዳቤ፥ የመውጫ ምዘና ላልወሰዱ መምህራን ማስረጃ እንዳይሰጥ አሳስቧል፡፡

በሚኒስቴሩ የመምህራን ትምህርት አመራሮች ልማት መሪ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ሙሉቀን ንጋቱ (ዶ/ር) ከሳምንት በፊት የተጻፈው ደብዳቤ፥ " በክረምት መርሐግብር ከዲፕሎማ ወደ መጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ለመሸጋገር የትምህርት ማሻሻያ ስልጠና የሚከታተሉ መምህራን፣ ስልጠና ሳያጠናቅቁ መረጃ እየተሰጠ እንደሆነ ደርሼበታለሁ " ብሏል፡፡

በክረምት መርሐግብር ከዲፕሎማ ወደ መጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የትምህርት ደረጃ ለማሻሻል ስልጠና እየወሰዱ ያሉ መምህራን፣ የማስተማር ሙያ (PGDT) መውሰድና የመውጫ ምዘና ማጠናቀቅ እንዳለባቸው በመስከረም 2017 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ማሳወቁን በደብዳቤው ገልጿል፡፡

ይሁን እንጂ አንዳንድ ክልሎች ከዚህ በተለየ የማስተማር ሙያ ስልጠናም ሆነ የመውጫ ምዘና ላልወሰዱ መምህራን፣ የደረጃ ዕድገት እየሰጡ መሆኑናቸውን መረዳቱን አሳውቋል፡፡

ማንኛውም ሠልጣኝ የትምህርት ማስረጃ ማግኘት የሚችለው የትምህርት ምዘና ወስዶ ማለፍ ሲችል መሆኑ እየታወቀ፣ የዲግሪ ትምህርታቸውን እንደጨረሱ በማድረግ የትምህርት ደረጃ ማሻሻያና የደረጃ ዕድገት የሚሰጡ አንዳንድ ተቋማት መኖራቸውን ሪፖርተር ያነጋገራቸው መሪ ሥራ አስፈጻሚው ተናግረዋል፡፡

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ወጪያቸውን በመሸፈን የሚያስተምረው የበቁ መምህራንን ለማፍራት ነው ያሉት ኃላፊው፤ ማንኛውም ተቋም የመውጫ ምዘና ወስደው ላላለፉ ዕጩ መምህራን ምንም ዓይነት ማስረጃ እንዳይሰጥ በደብዳቤ ማሳወቁን አስረድተዋል፡፡

በሚቀጥሉት ሁለት ዓመታት 10 ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችን ራስ ገዝ ለማድረግ እየተሰራ መሆኑን የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ ነጋ ገልጸዋል።

የዩኒቨርስቲዎች የቀጣይ የሪፎርም መዳረሻ ራስ ገዝ መሆን ነው ያሉት ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ፤በትምህርት ጥራት እና ተደራሽነት ላይ ያለውን ችግር ለመፍታት የተለያዩ የማሻሻያ ስራዎቸ መሰራታቸውን ተናግረዋል።

የትምህርት እና የምርምር ስራዎችን የበለጠ ለማጠናከር ራስ ገዝነት የተሻለ እድል ይፈጥራል ነው ያሉት።

ሚኒስትሩ የጎንደር ዩኒቨርስቲ የተመሰረተበትን 70ኛ ዓመት እና የጎንድር ዩኒቨርሲቲ አጠቃላይ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል 100ኛ ዓመት ክብረ በዓል ላይ ተገኝተዋል።

ጥራትን መሰረት አድርጎ የትምህርት ተቋማት ሃገር ተረካቢዎችና መሪዎችን በመቅረጽ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ከመቼውም ጊዜ በላይ ሊሰሩ ይገባል ብለዋል።

እስካሁን የተሰሩ ስራዎች እንዳሉ ሆነው በቀጣይ ሊሰሩ የሚገቡት ላይ ማተኮር ይገባል ብለዋል ሚኒስትሩ።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተለያዩ ዝግጅቶች የምስረታ በዓሉን እያከበረ ይገኛል።

የጎንድር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኢትዮጵያ የራሷ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ያስፈለጓታል ተብሎ በ1942 በተነሳ ሃሳብ መነሻነት በተደረገ ጥረት 1947 ዓ.ም የጤና ባለሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ሆኖ መመስቱ የዩኒቨርስቲው ታሪክ ያሳያል።

First-in-Africa International Sign Language Research Conference Kicks off in Addis Ababa

The 15th International Conference on Sign Language Research, hosted by Addis Ababa University in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, is underway at the Inter-Luxury Hotel in Addis Ababa.

Dr. Ergoge Tesfaye, the Minister of Women and Social Affairs asserted that the event serves as a platform for sharing experiences and knowledge aimed at advancing and improving sign language.

Dr. Ergoge further emphasized that sign language is not merely a tool for communication; it also plays a vital role in fostering cultural heritage and safeguarding the rights of individuals with disabilities.

The minister also highlighted Ethiopia's commitment to providing high-quality sign language education to individuals with hearing impairment and hearing loss, adding significant efforts are being made in Ethiopia to ensure that the deaf and hard-of-hearing have access to education and employment opportunities.

For his part, Dr. Samuel Kifle, the Interim President of Addis Ababa University, remarked that the conference will offer valuable research, experiences, and insights that will help to raise the quality of sign language education.

የኢፌዴሪ ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር አቶ ተመስገን ጥሩነህ፣ ሚኒስትሮች እና ከፍተኛ የመንግስት የስራ ሀላፊዎች በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተፈጥሮ እና ኮምፒውቴሽናል ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የሚገኘውን የጂኦፊዚክስ፣ ስፔስ ሳይንስና አስትሮኖሚ ተቋም ጎብኝተዋል፡፡

የሚስትን የልደት ቀን መርሳት ያስቀጣል…

የዓለም ሀገራት የሚመሩበት እና የሚተዳደሩበት ሕግ አላቸው። አንዳንድ ሕጎች ግን አስገራሚ ናቸው። የሚከተሉት ሀገራት ሕጎች ደግሞ ከተለመደው ወጣ ካሉት መካከል ይጠቀሳሉ።

🚫 የሚስትን የልደት ቀን መርሳት

#ሳሞኣ በምትባል ደሴት ሀገር የሚስትን የልደት ቀን መርሳት ወንጀል ነው። በሀገሪቱ ሕግ ባል የሚስቱን ልደት ከረሳና ሚስትም ለፖሊስ ቅሬታ ካቀረበች ባል ከቅጣት አይድንም። ባል ለመጀመርያ ጊዜ ከሆነ የረሳው ከፖሊስ የቃል ማስጠንቀቂያ ይደርሰዋል። ነገር ግን በድጋሚ ከረሳ በእስራት የሚያስቀጣው ወንጀል ይሆናል።

🚫 ለልጅ በሕግ ያልተፈቀደ ስም ማውጣት

#አይስላንድ ሀገር ልጅ ስድስት ወር ሳይሞላው ስም ሊሰጠው ይገባል። የሚሰጠው ስም በሕግ የተመዘገበ አይስላንዳዊ ስም መሆን ይጠበቅበታል። ይህም በሕግ ይረጋገጣል። ስም መስጠትን በተመለከተ በሀገሪቱ ልዩ የሕግ ድንጋጌ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናል።

ለህጻኑ በብሔራዊ የሰዎች መዝገብ ላይ ያልተዘረዘረ ስም እንዲሰጠው ከተፈለገ፣ ስሙን ለማጽደቅ ለግል ስሞች ኮሚቴ ማመልከቻ ማቅረብ ይጠበቃል። ከዚያ በፊት ያልተመዘገበ አዲስ ስም እንደመሆኑ መጠን ለማስመዝገብም ተገቢውን ክፍያ መፈጸም ግዴታ ነው።

🚫 የቆሸሸ መኪና መንዳት

#ሩሲያ ውስጥ የቆሸሸ መኪና እየነዱ ከተያዙ ፖሊስ እርስዎን ለመቅጣት አያቅማም። ስለዚህ እስከ 2 ሺህ የሩሲያ ሩብል ቅጣት ለመክፈል ዝግጁ መሆን ይጠበቅቦታል። ከማሽከርከርዎ በፊት ማሳጠብ ግድ ነው። ይህ ሕግ በሩሲያ ብቻ ሳይሆን በፊሊፒንስ እና ቤላሩስ ተግባራዊ ይደረጋል።

🚫 ፓርላማ ውስጥ መሞት

#እንግሊዝ ፓርላማ ውስጥ መሞት የተከለከለ ነው፡፡ የፓርላማ አባላትን ጨምሮ በንጉሣዊው ቤተ መንግሥት ውስጥ የሞተ ሰው ብሔራዊ የቀብር ሥነ ሥርዓት የማግኘት መብት አለው የሚል አፈ ታሪክ በመኖሩ በዚያ መሞት ፈጽሞ የተከለከለ ነው። ስለዚህ ወደ እንግሊዝ ፓርላማ የሚገቡበት አጋጣሚ ካለ ስለ ሙሉ ጤንነትዎ እርግጠኛ ይሁኑ። ጥሩ ስሜት ካልተሰማዎት በጭራሽ ወደዛ አይጠጉ።

የኢትዮጵያ የሰነድ ሙዓለ ንዋይ ገበያ ዛሬ ዓርብ የአክሲዮን ሽያጭና ግዢ ግብይቱን በይፋ መጀመሩን አስታውቋል።

የአክሲዮን ገበያ ሥራውን በይፋ ያስጀመሩት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐብይ አህመድ (ዶ/ር) ፤ " በጉጉት ሲጠበቅ የቆየው የሰነድ ሙዓለ ንዋይ ግብይት በዛሬው ዕለት ጥር 2 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም የመጀመሪያ የሰነደ ሙዓለ ንዋዮች ገበያ ደወል ደውለናል " ብለዋል።

የሰነድ ሙዓለ ንዋይ ገበያው ዋና ዳይሬክተር ጥላሁን ካሳሁን በቀጣዮቹ ዓመታት ውስጥ 50 ያህል ኩባንያዎች በዚህ ገበያ ላይ የአክሲዮን ድርሻዎችን ለግብይት እንደሚያቀርቡ ገልጸዋል።

በተለምዶ ክፍት ገበያ በመባል የሚታወቀው የሰነደ መዋዕለ ንዋይ ገበያ የተማከለ የፋይናንሺያል ገበያን የሚያመለክት ሲሆን የተዘረዘሩ ኩባንያዎችን የዋስትና ሰነዶች፣ኮሞዲቲዎች ጨምሮ በአክሲዮን ሻጮች እና ገዥዎች መካከል የሚገዙበት እና የሚሸጡበት ማዕከል መሆኑ ይታወቃል።

ስለሆነም ምዝገባ ያላጠናቀቃችሁ ተማሪዎች ከቀነ ገደቡ አስቀድማችሁ እንድታጠናቅቁ አገልግሎቱ አሳስቧል።

የጥቁር አንበሳ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታልን የህክምና ልህቀት ማዕከል ለማድረግ እየተሰራ መሆኑን የገለጹት የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዚደንት ሳሙኤል ክፍሌ (ዶ/ር)፣ በከፊል ስራ የጀመረው የጥቁር አንበሳ ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል የድንገተኛ ህክምና ማዕከል የድንገተኛ ህክምና አገልግሎቱን በከፍተኛ ደረጃ እንደሚያሻሽልም ገልጸዋል።

ከዚህ ባሻገር ማዕከሉ ኢትዮጵያን የህክምና ቱሪዝም መዳረሻ ለማድረግ በሚደረገው ጥረት ውስጥ ትርጉም ያለው ድርሻ እንደሚኖረውም አመልክተዋል።

የጤና ሚኒስትር ዶክተር መቅደስ ዳባ፣ የትምህርት ሚኒስትርና የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቻንስለር ፕሮፌሰር ብርሃኑ ነጋ፣ የአአዩ ፕሬዚደንት ሳሙኤል ክፍሌን (ዶ/ር) ጨምሮ ሌሎች እንግዶች በተገኙበት ነው በከፊል ማዕከሉ ተመርቆ ስራ የጀመረው።

ስልጠናውን ለመከታተል ለሚመጡ ሰልጣኞች የኮምፒውተር እና ኢንተርኔት አቅርቦት ዝግጁ መደረጉ ተጠቁሟል። የዕድሉ ተጠቃሚ ለመሆን የሚፈልጉ እንዲመዘገቡም ጥሪ ቀርቧል።

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የተማሪዎች የምግብ ወጪ መጋራት ላይ ማሻሻያ በማድረጉ የክፍተኛ ትምህርት ወጪ መጋራት የተጠቃሚ ውል እንድትፈርሙ ማስታወቂያ ማውጣችንና አብዛኛው ተማሪዎች ውሉን መፈረማችሁ ይታወቃል፡፡ሆኖም ጥቂት ተማሪዎች አስካሁን ስላልፈረማችሁ ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ እስከ ሰኞ ታህሳስ 28 ቀን 2017 ዓ/ም ውል ፈርማችሁ ተማሪዎች አገልግሎት ቢሮ እንድታስገቡ እየገለጽን ከተጠቀሰው ጊዜ በኋላ የምትመጡ የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን እናስታውቃለን፡፡

አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአፍሪካ ለመጀመርያ ጊዜ የሚካሄደውን 15ኛው ዓለማቀፍ የምልክት ቋንቋዎች ምርምር ጉባዔን ከሴቶችና ማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ጋር በመተባበር የሚያዘጋጅ ሲሆን ኢትዮጵያም ጉባዔውን በማስተናገድ ከአፍሪካ ቀዳሚ ትሆናለች። በዓለማቀፍ ደረጃ ከ600 በላይ የሚሆኑ ጥናት አቅራቢዎችና ተሳታፊዎች የሚታደሙ ይሆናል።

በምልክት ቋንቋ ዘርፍ ለፖሊሲ አውጪዎች ግብዓት የሚሆን የምርምር ውጤት ከጉባዔው የሚጠበቅ ሲሆን በሌላ በኩል በኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ፣ ኢኮኖሚና ማህበራዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ መስማት የተሳናቸው ዜጐች ተሳትፎን ለማሳደግ በመንግስት የሚሰራው ስራ እንዲጐለብት የሚረዳ ነው። በዚህ ረገድ ፍትሐዊነት የተረጋገጠባት ኢትዮጵያን ዕውን ለማድረግ በሚደረግ ጥረት ውስጥ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የበኩሉን ሚና እየተጫወተ ይገኛል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጉባዔውን ማስተናገዱ ኢትዮጵያ የዓለማቀፍ ጉባዔዎች መዳረሻ ለመሆን የምታደርገውን ጥረት የሚያግዝ ነው።

Small Grant Competition for EdTech Entrepreneurs

The Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship is a 3-year catalytic acceleration program designed to bridge the education gap for underserved young people in Ethiopia. Reach for Change, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, will support the scaling of three cohorts, each comprising 12 EdTech enterprises, specifically targeting initiatives that enhance inclusive learning in Ethiopia. This support will be provided through coaching, funding, networking, and post-acceleration support for two years. Additionally, we will focus on cultivating cross-sector collaborations and enhancing Ethiopia’s national ecosystem and policy for EdTech products and solutions.

The project aims to equip ICT students and vulnerable youth with essential soft, digital, and global skills through a game-based learning approach. Via Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education has endorsed the Five Million Ethiopian Coders initiative and directed the University to facilitate training for academic staff and students. The program consists of the following four modules:

1.Programming Fundamentals
2.Data Science Fundamentals
3.Android Kotlin Developer Fundamentals
4. AI Fundamentals

Data Science Fundamentals and AI Fundamentals are mandatory for all staff and students.
The other courses may be taken based on individual interest. The program is self-paced and online, with an expected completion period of 7-8 weeks.

Motto on Saturday 30 October 02/2017 E.C at CBE. Hence, we invite all of our university students and community, to play this volunteer service role by attending our campus at 3:00 am – 5:30 am that day.

AAU Partners with UAE’s Global Studies University to Conduct Joint Research, Develop Curriculum

Addis Ababa University (AAU) and the Global Studies University (GSU) of the United Arab Emirates signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to collaborate in curriculum development, research as well as student and staff exchange.

The MoA was signed at the AAU main campus on the 5th of November 2024 by Dr Samuel Kifle, President of AAU, and Distinguished Professor Salah M. Hassan, Chancellor of Global Studies University (GSU) and Dean of the Africa Institute (GSU), Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates.

The new partnership opens avenues for AAU students aspiring for student exchange opportunities in global and African studies while faculty may harness the pathway to forge research partnerships in the social sciences and the humanities.

In particular, the Africa Institute of the GSU is poised to become an important center for cooperation between the two universities on teaching, research, and the documentation of histories, cultures, and peoples from Africa.

AAU, JICA Host Next Innovation with Japan (NINJA) Startup Acceleration Training

On October 22, 2024, the Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer Office of Addis Ababa University, in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, hosted a 10-day training for university students at the Eshetu Chole Hall.

Solomon Kiros, PhD, the Director for University-Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer, articulated that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between JICA, AAU, and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology.

He said the agreement aims to introduce capacity-building initiatives focused on innovation, incubation, and startups.

He noted that the program is designed to provide students with technical training, thereby significantly enhancing their entrepreneurial mindset and fostering their development as business-oriented graduates.

Dr Solomon further stated that the training aims to equip students with knowledge that will be advantageous to the nation across various sectors, including education, tourism, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and information and communication technology (ICT).

He mentioned that one hundred and fifteen students from different divisions of Addis Ababa University submitted proposals, of whom the top eighteen who presented the most innovative proposals successfully completed the incubation and startup training.

Dr. Hailu Elias, the Dean of the College of Business and Economics, stated that Addis Ababa University is undergoing unprecedented transformation, adding the university ‘s new strategic plan aims to produce entrepreneurial graduates.

Betelihem Zewdie, the Director of R & D Group Ethiopia, emphasized that the program serves as a training initiative designed to assist students in transforming their business concepts into strategic plans, as well as effectively identifying and organizing their marketing systems and customer bases.

It was mentioned that in addition to Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa University of Science and Technology, Mekele and Jimma Universities will participate in the trainings.

Dear Applicants of The Graduate Programs of AAU School of Commerce,

Warmest Congratulations for successfully passing the first round of screening and welcome to the Program Level Tests as the last step of screening towards your admission. We are pleased to inform you that the Program Level entrance examination will take place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 8:30 AM for all applicants in the regular, extension, and distance programs. The exam center is at Addis Ababa University School of Commerce (Mexico Square area).

Exam Content Details: The examination will focus on aptitude (Verbal and quantitative Proficiency Tests) for Applicants of MBL, MAMM, MAPM and MALSCM.
For MBIS applicants, the exam will be basics of IT and Business
For MSc in Finance, it will include Basic Mathematics of Finance and Verbal Aptitude (Language Proficiency)
Please ensure that you arrive at the venue on time and prepare adequately for the examination. We wish you all the best in your preparations.

AAU, JICA Host Next Innovation with Japan (NINJA) Startup Acceleration Training

On October 22, 2024, the Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer Office of Addis Ababa University, in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, hosted a 10-day training for university students at the Eshetu Chole Hall.

Solomon Kiros, PhD, the Director for University-Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer, articulated that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between JICA, AAU, and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology.

He said the agreement aims to introduce capacity-building initiatives focused on innovation, incubation, and startups.

He noted that the program is designed to provide students with technical training, thereby significantly enhancing their entrepreneurial mindset and fostering their development as business-oriented graduates.

Dr Solomon further stated that the training aims to equip students with knowledge that will be advantageous to the nation across various sectors, including education, tourism, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and information and communication technology (ICT).

He mentioned that one hundred and fifteen students from different divisions of Addis Ababa University submitted proposals, of whom the top eighteen who presented the most innovative proposals successfully completed the incubation and startup training.

Dr. Hailu Elias, the Dean of the College of Business and Economics, stated that Addis Ababa University is undergoing unprecedented transformation, adding the university ‘s new strategic plan aims to produce entrepreneurial graduates.

Betelihem Zewdie, the Director of R & D Group Ethiopia, emphasized that the program serves as a training initiative designed to assist students in transforming their business concepts into strategic plans, as well as effectively identifying and organizing their marketing systems and customer bases.

It was mentioned that in addition to Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa University of Science and Technology, Mekele and Jimma Universities will participate in the trainings.
