🚀 Field Trip to UzAvtoMotors Powertrain! 🚀

On November 12, WIUT students had an incredible opportunity to visit one of the largest companies in the country – UzAuto Motors Powertrain! This immersive experience allowed them to gain crucial insights into the company's history, values, and industry-leading practices. 💼

During the trip, students learned about potential career paths and explored positions they might pursue in the future. They also had the privilege of hearing from esteemed company leaders, including the Managing Director, HR Director, Financial Director, Director of the Purchases Department, Head of Recruitment, and Lead Recruitment Specialist. Each speaker shared invaluable insights into their roles, the company's mission, and the potential career paths available to students. 🌟
