💥 On October 31st, the WIUT Career Development Centre organized an exciting Workshop with KAPITALBANK!

🤩 During the training, students were treated to an informative presentation on “Enhancing Financial Literacy Among Youth to Create a Savings Culture and Ensure Personal Financial Security” led by Rustam Sagdullayev, Chief Business Trainer of the Corporate and Small Business Sector at KAPITALBANK.

The workshop kicked off with an interactive game, where students actively engaged, making the experience educational! During the session, the topics such as financial literacy, money management and savings were covered significantly. Lastly, WIUT students were engaged in Q&A session where the representative of KAPITALBANK gladly answered to their questions.

💥The first half of the session focused on introducing BCG and its various opportunities, including an overview of the consulting career path, recruitment process, internship, mobility programs and their MBA sponsorship program.
