Our last drop today before heading home was to a nice gentleman whose wife has terminal cancer.

The two of them were left without electricity and water for 11 days after Storm Eowyn and still without, with no supplies / support provided by the government.

We delivered emergency lighting, coal, and a foot warmer for the man's wife.

This followed delivering fuel and lights to two elderly gentlemen.

Our trip has been a massive success overall, with about 35-40 people helped over the two days.

Thanks to all who donated money and supplies for this effort! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช #IrishSpirit #CommunitySupport

2025] IEHC 45 - Record no. 2021/1327 P - THE HIGH COURT - Between: TRACEY Oโ€™MAHONY (Plaintiff) and MINISTER FOR HEALTH, IRELAND AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Defendants)

On the 31st of January 2025, Judge Nessa Cahill delivered a High Court written judgement stating that our legal case challenging the constitutionality of the Covid-19 laws was moot and should not be allowed to proceed any further.

Judge Cahill found that the regulations introduced under the Health Preservation and Protection and Other Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2020 had:

ยท โ€œpotentially far-reaching and invasive effects on individuals and on society as a wholeโ€, and that
ยท โ€œthere is and can be no doubt that the powers conferred by Section 31A were exceptional and unprecedented; that very extensive powers were conferred on the Minister by Section 31A; or that Regulations introduced pursuant to those powers did impose extraordinary restrictions on the personal freedoms and rights of residents of the State.โ€, and that
ยท โ€œthere is and can be no dispute that the powers and restrictions introduced in the face of the Covid pandemic were exceptional, extraordinary, unprecedented, and had a highly invasive impact on the rights and freedoms of residents of the State (among others).โ€

Nevertheless, Judge Cahill found that the question of whether it is โ€œin the public interestโ€ or โ€œin the interest of the proper and due administration of justiceโ€ for this case to proceed can only be answered firmly in the negative.โ€

The Judge stated that the case was โ€œnot a situation in which there is an issue of exceptional public interest such that either party has a present, material interest in the case or that it is in the interests of the public or the proper and due administration of justice for the Proceedings to continue.โ€

The Judge criticised the fact that I did not allow myself to become a criminal (as in, secure a criminal conviction under the Covid-19 laws) or the fact that I did not claim damages (as in, financial compensation) as one of the remedies sought.

The Judge also criticised the length of time it took to bring the case on for hearing (noting that I have much evidence to prove that I was in no way at fault in this regard).

The Judge also provisionally determined that I should be liable for the costs of the State (which I would estimate to be a couple of hundred thousand euro), although I am permitted to make a written submission on costs before 14 February 2025.

I do not make decisions or take action in an impulsive or reactionary fashion, so I will consider my next moves quietly and thoroughly, but rest assured that whatever decision I make will be strategic. I have a better understanding now of how the system works (or does not work), so I will be calculated in my next moves.

I would have liked to have been in a position to make a video explaining the judgement in detail, but I am still without electricity, internet and phone reception some 9 days on from Storm ร‰owyn, however, I will make a video in the coming weeks to keep donors updated, but I felt it was important to get an update to donors as early as possible following the judgement.

Initiating this case has cost me a lot both personally and professionally but I still believe it was the right decision. I would like to sincerely thank everyone for their unwavering support to date and I will provide a further update as soon as I can.

I won my appeal case today in the circuit court. Justice prevailed. I was just over half a kilometre outside the state enforced 2 kilometre limit during lockdown restrictions, and subsequently had to travel 4,928km in my non-electric vehicle for 11 court appearances in relation to this one minor and spurious charge. Obviously, the Gardaรญ cared about Covid but don't give a damn about climate change ๐Ÿคฃ.

Just to clarify, I was led to believe by the court services 13 months ago (when I was convicted in my absence) that I would face a jury trial on appeal, which added extra pressure when facing this case today. As it turned out, when I arrived in court, there was no jury, and the case was heard by a circuit court judge instead.

The Law Is No Longer Blind - Hate Speech/Crime Laws Passed in Ireland

In this video we will:

1) Review the sequence of events that have led to the passing of the new Hate Crime Act in Ireland.

2) Review all three voting records (two in Dail Eireann and one in Seanad Eireann) that have contributed to the passing of this legislation.

3) Examine the content of the new Hate Crime Act and how it may potentially be used to criminalize speech.

4) Discuss the multiple different pieces of legislation that the Government and Gardai currently have at their disposal to criminalize speech, regardless of the fact that the Hate Speech element of this bill has not been passed.

Go Fund Me: Covid-19 Legal Case - Hearing on the 31st October 2024

The purpose of this video is:

1. To briefly explain the background to the case we initiated on the 2nd of March 2021;

2. To explain the steps we have taken in the case to date; and

3. Most importantly to advise donors that there is a one-day hearing taking place in the High Court on Thursday the 31st of October 2024, to decide whether or not our case will be allowed to proceed - as the State are currently arguing that as the Covid-19 laws are no longer in place, our case should not be heard. Under this point 3, I will also explain the arguments that the State have advanced and also the counter arguments that we have made by means of Affidavit and legal submissions to the courts โ€“ all of which will be argued by our Barristers on the 31st of October 2024 in the Four Courts in Dublin.

Peopleโ€™s Vaccine Inquiry Ireland

In this video we interview some of the medical experts who are due to give evidence of vaccine harm at the now (purposely?) delayed ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง C0VID lNQUlRY.

With everything else going on in Ireland at the moment, it's sometimes easy to forget that there is a very grave ongoing fallout from the both the C0VID l9 injections and the lockdowns.

Excess mortality rates in Ireland are soaring since 2022, and countless more are suffering from injuries and other consequences of that surreal time in our history (a time which may be replicated again in the near future).

Aside from this we must not ignore the proposed (and very alarming) Northern Ireland Health Bill and the similarly disturbing upcoming World Health Pandemic Treaty, due to be ratified in 2025 by 197 countries).

It behoves us as a people ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช to never forget what was done to us and to never let it happen again. Thankfully there ARE medical experts willing to put their careers on the line and lose everything so as the truth can be exposed. Have a listen here to what they have to say.

And if you've enjoyed the work we've done over the past few years, please consider supporting our general election fundraiser. We cannot run for election without your donations to print literature & posters. Please donate if you can. We really appreciate all your support. Thank you.

If elected we will hold the government to account regarding excess deaths & injuries attributable to covid measures & injections.

VIEW POINT: In a significant court ruling in the US a Californian court has ruled that fluoridation of the public water supply โ€˜poses an unreasonable risk to the health of childrenโ€™. This ruling is the culmination of a seven year battle between the US Environmental Protection Agency and anti fluoride campaigners. The court ruling stated that there is substantial and scientifically credible evidence establishing that fluoride poses a risk to human healthโ€™. The US โ€˜safe levelโ€™ of fluoride in the public water supply is deemed to be below 0โ€ข4 mg/ litre or PPM ( parts per million). In Ireland fluoride is added at 0โ€ข6 to 0โ€ข8 mg/litre. Itโ€™s purpose is to prevent tooth decay but increasingly scientific peer reviewed articles are showing a link between levels of fluoride and harm to the developing brains of children and also harm to pregnant women and their unborn children. A particular study carried out by York University in Ontario in 2020 showed that a 0โ€ข5mg/litre of fluoride difference between fluoridated and non fluoridated areas showed a 9โ€ข3 decrease in IQ levels for bottle fed babies and a 6โ€ข2 decrease in IQ levels for breast fed babies when they reach school going age. The same research team reported that fluoride may increase the level of hypothyroidism in pregnant women.

Stephen Peckham is professor of health policy at the University of Kent. He stated last week, referring to the US court ruling that โ€˜the ruling is important because it is forcing the regulatory authorities in the US to take action and it is pretty clear that beyond a particular level there is an unacceptable risk. The view of the judge is that the evidence is overwhelming. Fluoridation has brain implications and my personal view is that the weight of the evidence is very much against community fluoridationโ€™. In the UK it was planned to raise the level of fluoride in drinking water to 1mg/litre in those few areas of the UK where drinking water is fluoridated. Approximately 10% of the UKโ€™s population drink fluoridated water. That is now unlikely to happen. In our own country 73% of the population drink fluoridated water. Fluoridation was introduced in 1964 into all public water supplies as a means to combat tooth decay.

The arguments against fluoridating the water supply are manifold but break down into medical and ethical issues. Fluoridation is a form of compulsory medication where an essential and unavoidable commodity is medicated in a way that can not be avoided depriving you of choice. Those considerations are philosophical and ethical but medical evidence is more concrete and measurable. The original research showed a benefit in terms of preventing tooth decay and no other implications were considered. With the passage of time it is possible to compare and contrast the difference across a number of measurable parameters between areas that have been fluoridated and areas that have not been fluoridated. In Ireland 37% of children under five years of age have evidence of dental decay in fluoridated water areas where as 55% have evidence of tooth decay in non fluoridated areas. Thatโ€™s a benefit of one in five of the population under five years. Four out of five experience no dental benefit. Is this an acceptable risk benefit in view of possible brain effects or as stated by Professor Peckham is the level of risk unacceptable.

If one is satisfied that there is a benefit to taking fluoride and that that benefit outweighs the risk there are alternative methods of taking fluoride that are independent of the drinking supply. Fluoride toothpaste is probably the main reason for the decrease in dental decay in first world countries. In Germany salt may contain fluoride but it is clearly labelled giving the consumer choice. Procedures like applying dental sealants can also be helpful. In view of the ubiquity of alternatives it is difficult to understand why fluoride is still added to the national public water supply. The risk has been established while the benefit can be obtained by other simple measures. Stop fluoridating the public water supply now.

I was at a funeral today and it was genuinely sensational. The definition of sensational is causing great public interest and excitement.

Apt.

Faith was renewed and messages from the priest really hit home. First time I had communion in over a decade. I wouldn't have gone up for it had he not told us to shake hands. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior but..well, I'll go into that communion hesitance another time if I can make sense of it. It was the first time I felt able or worthy of it to be honest.

I have been to plenty of funerals in recent years and he was the first one who asked us to shake hands to offer peace. I love to see signs of covid insanity dissipating. It fucking excites me.

I had such a great day. Great people found again in the mist that surrounds us. The best of us, Italian post-raphaelite masters and Irish rebels. Amazingly, I met lads who were related to Jeff who I played hurling and football with for a decade, who I hadn't seen in two decades. Good looking tuatha de danann who I love and hadn't seen in twenty years since a field in St. Anne's park or a beach house in New York. Great people. Great passers of a ball, big or small. Irishers! I love our people, they're the best people in the world! Please show me a better shower of c*nts than the Irish - I've been around, I haven't met them.

Throughout proceedings, I learned about a man who I didn't really know but respected hugely. I learned how he was a massive messer and how he was mucho creative. He had a helicopter deliver him to his wedding in Beaumont in 2007. That one decision betrays a man's inspirational imagination - when I heard that story it made me wish I had known the man because true imagination is sensational. Imagination is the only thing dragging me through our rolling genocide. I feel like imagination is almost all there is at this stage.

I heard how Jeff Gallagher said to his little brother, while riding in his father's funeral limo (who he realised at that moment was actually their milkman moonlighting) with his father in the back in a box... "don't worry brother, that's your real dad driving the limo". I haven't laughed out loud in a church since I was a young lad trying not to laugh at something my friends said about smoking the tabernacle. Today was a true celebration of a man's life, and it was a privilege to witness it.

So with all that in mind, I felt like I had to share the following gag, with the context of this channel and the three years of outpourings of my tortured mind, in mind. I feel like Jeff Gallagher would have loved it:

a good friend of mine walked into the church with a friend of his. Seen me down the back and said "there's Michael, that fucker is only here to make sure he's actually dead". Iykyk.

I howled when I heard it told to me on the sly. Absolutely in bits. I feel like, after everything I heard today, the late great messer Jeff Gallagher would have appreciated it immensely. RIP to a true patriot who stuck his heart out for his family and the rest of us.

IRISH INQUIRY STATEMENT

We should all be ALARMED about a new Northern Ireland draft bill which seeks to give powers to (undetermined) persons to detain members of the public (including children) and administer enforced vaccinations.

All governments in the Western World appear to be acting in tandem, so we can reasonably expect a similar type of draft to be proposed by the Irish government in the near future.

The bill (put forward by the current power sharing executive government, which includes Sinn Fein) seeks to "include provisions to deprive persons of their liberty as part of regulations in response to a โ€˜threat to public healthโ€™.โ€ Page 47 of the draft provisions states that the bill means persons can be vaccinatedโ€ and be โ€œremoved toโ€ or โ€œdetained inโ€ a hospital against their will. Enforced lockdowns (of indefinite length) are also being proposed within the draft.

The leader of the Ulster Unionist Party and Health Minister @mikenesbittni says (in a forward for the draft) the principle of the draft Bill is now open to public consultation. He further states the draft is to protect the public at large.

It seems disingenuous to seek public consultation regarding measures that seek to wholly contravene all bodily autonomy and freedom. Therefore we conclude this "public consultation" is a smokescreen to conceal the sinister intention to forcefully impose widespread medical tyranny measures that surpass anything witnessed during 2020/2021.

This proposal comes just months before the final draft of the World Health Organisation Pandemic Treaty which is to be signed and presented to the World Health Assembly (due to take place at some time in 2025).

This treaty will give the WHO the power to declare a pandemic at any time (regardless of how many cases or deaths) and will give the the power to enforce countries that ratify the treaty into adopting all WHO pandemic measures.

The organisation expects all 194 WHO member states to agree to the terms of the Treaty (many of which override human consent regarding bodily autonomy and freedoms).

In March 2024 the Irish Minister for Health @DonnellyStephen reaffirmed Ireland's commitment to progressing the development of "an international treaty aimed at strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness."

The democratic will and constitutional rights of the people is to be ignored on this matter; there will be no referendum.

The WHO is an unelected UN body and its director general @DrTedros has been linked to a Tigrayan terrorist group in Ethiopia (and is therefore of course someone we should all trust).

All of the above is particularly disturbing in the wake of an unprecedented rise in deaths within Ireland (and around the world) since the rollout of the conditionally authorised mRNA "prophylactic".

Ireland ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช is only behind Cyprus (28.9%) in terms of excess deaths across the EU ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ (source: Eurostat), with an excess death rate of 15.3%.
During the third week of June 2024 Ireland's excess death rate was 20.6% and in the fourth week of June Ireland the rate was 21.4%.

Ireland has repeatedly recorded excess deaths rates that are considerably higher than the EU average (within an 18 month period).

We at The Irish Inquiry (and as election candidates for the upcoming GE) vehemently oppose any and all potential future measures by the government and WHO to remove the bodily autonomy and freedoms of the Irish public, and we will remain committed to highlighting excess deaths which we believe are directly related to the rollout of the shots (these deaths are also related to scientifically unproven, catastrophic lockdown measures).

There was NO demonstrable excess death rate during the "pandemic years". In 2022 we submitted an FOI request to the Central Statistics Office and asked how many deaths had been recorded where C0v1d 19 was listed as the sole cause.

The figures given were 68 in 2020 and 88 in the first three quarters of 2021 (by contrast, 115 homeless people died in 2021).
