🔹የአመጋገብ ስርአትን ማስተካከል፣ አትክልት እና ፍራ ፍሬ መመገብ፣ ጨው እና ቅባታማ ምግቦችን መቀነስ
🔹የአልኮል መጠጥ በተመጠነ መጠን መጠቀም እና ትንባሆ ማጨስ ማቆም
