Hello friends,
The market looks fully positive right now, but tomorrow is Budget Day, so we can definitely expect volatility with ups and downs moves. It's better to carry minimal positions or hedge them, as we might see a one-sided move tomorrow. Volatility can strike, and prices can fluctuate rapidly, so be cautious.
If we consider Elliott Wave Counts, they're setting up in a way that whether the market goes down from here or bounces back up, they'll still be in place. So, the budget's importance is also significant. Definitely, we'll plot the accounts later and they'll fall into place. Just keep in mind that it's Budget Day, so volatility might be extremely high. Be cautious, hedge your positions, or avoid carrying them altogether.
If you're holding a delivery-based portfolio as an Investor, that's fine. However, if you're trading in F&O, it's advisable not to carry positions overnight or hedge them to minimize risk.

ASIAN PAINTS UPDATE
Asian Paints typically shows an inverse correlation with crude oil prices. When crude oil prices fall, Asian Paints benefits and its stock price rises. Conversely, when crude oil prices surge, Asian Paints' stock price tends to drop.
Recently, we've seen crude oil prices rising consistently, while Asian Paints has been declining. When crude oil was trading sideways for a while, Asian Paints was also range-bound.
Considering the inverse correlation between Asian Paints and crude oil, and analyzing the current wave count of crude oil, which suggests it may rise further before correcting, we can expect Asian Paints to decline further to create a divergence before bouncing back.
The divergence is currently missing in Asian Paints, so it may drop a bit more to create the divergence before rising. This would be a technically proper way for the stock to move.

Gold has reached the Green buying box area from its October peak at 2563.01- 2472.16 equal legs area. Buyers are expected to emerge soon for at least a 3-wave reaction higher. However, if bounces fail below the 2618.84 high, the metal may decline further to allow EURUSD, GBPUSD, and Silver to reach their extreme areas towards 2529.27- 2472.16, the lower end of the Green buying box area, before an upside resumption or the start of a bounce higher. We'll like to establishing long positions from the Green buying box areas only if it reaches.

Silver has not yet reached its peak since October, and it is expected to decline further if it remains below the 32.18 high. The metal is likely to reach the equal legs area of 28.11-27.15 before any potential upside. Therefore, it is not advisable to sell silver at this time. Instead, it may be advantageous to consider buying opportunities when the equal legs area is reached.

It missed to reached proposed Green Buying box area, and start making turn early, it might be already completed at 23819 low of wave (4) in blue, need more data to confirm. Don't like forcing trades at the current stage.

Our view remains same. Short term, DXY (USDX) can see further upside as the part of triangle, while dips remain above 103.373 low. But in daily, it is choppy, while bounce fail below October-2023 high.
While Gold and Silver are trending and the pullback at extreme areas, should find support.
Indices still expect small upside to finish the sequence from August-2024 low and should break above October peak S&P (SPX) to finish the sequence before it may see the larger pullback. So, chasing the short term sequence in Indices can be risky at the moment. Also, we do not like selling them.
Alternatively, If Dollar Index USDX breaks above October-2023 high to be flat correction in b connector before turning lower. In that case, metals can see slightly bigger pullback. But we like to buy the extreme areas.
Because, Right Direction is Better than Speed...!!
