In the charts it’s clear that all the major heavyweight banking stocks have either broken their structure or are on the verge of doing so. It’s better to stay away from them for now. Remember if banking stocks fall Nifty50 will also take a hit due to Bank Nifty's weightage in Nifty50.

However, keep an eye on the IT and Pharma sectors. You might find some good opportunities for short term trades there. Stay focused and trade wisely

Bank Nifty chart looks concerning across all major time frames. First it broke the major trendline support in the weekly timeframe and now it’s trading near the neckline of a Head & Shoulder pattern which seems likely to break. In the second half all gains could be wiped out. Wait patiently and only consider entering if your watchlist stocks sustain on the higher side in the second half. For now it’s better to stay on the sidelines.

Unlike F&O, swing trading in small and midcap stocks has remained relatively consistent over time. The only major addition is analyzing the overall market structure alongside economic data and global politics which have always been a part of the process. It’s not as complicated as F&O.

For swing trading you primarily need to monitor the company’s performance, results, and announcements after entering a trade that’s it. In contrast F&O requires much more data analysis and quick decision making. Patience is key when it comes to swing trading. If you’re able to achieve a 20-30% return in 2-3 months by holding a single stock in today’s volatile market that’s phenomenal. Those who have been swing trading since 2018 or even mid-2021 would understand this.

The current market scenario isn’t ideal and is likely to remain this way for the next few months. That’s one of the reasons I shifted my focus to Forex + Crypto trading a few months back. I’m now planning to increase my capital allocation there. At present 15% of my capital is in Forex + Crypto and I plan to push this to 30-40% in the next 2-3 months. It’s all about adapting to the market conditions while maintaining a balanced portfolio.

After seeing today's gap down, don’t panic or feel scared. The overall market trend remains bullish and this dip is an excellent opportunity to add quality stocks to your portfolio.

I’ve explained multiple times how liquidity grabs work. Today’s fall or any dip in the next 2-3 trading sessions is just a normal shakeout to push out small traders and newbies. After this the market will rise again as it always does.

Everyone is talking about the FED rate cut and hawkish comments but let's not forget: when the FED previously cut rates and the US markets hit all-time highs but the Indian markets didn’t react much. Similarly when US inflation, job, and PMI data were bad, Indian data remained strong. The current market situation is more dependent on each country’s economic data and India is in great shape.

As always retailers will be thrown out before the next momentum. So don’t panic stay patient. The overall market remains strong and bullish!

Again the market fell badly and failed to close strong trapping many retailers that’s why I haven’t shared any stocks yet.

The market is still trading above the lower trendline so the probability of a reversal remains high. However we will wait for clear confirmation before taking any action.

The market is behaving exactly like last week with no change in movement.

First it shows bearishness.

Then it recovers with some momentum.

Finally it slowly loses all momentum again.

This is not an ideal scenario for short-term or swing trades. However the market is currently at an oversold zone and trading right at long-term trend support increasing the chances of a reversal significantly.

We will wait patiently for a clear reversal. Once confirmed I’ll share an in-depth analysis along with some fundamentally strong stocks to consider.
