Again the market fell badly and failed to close strong trapping many retailers that’s why I haven’t shared any stocks yet.

The market is still trading above the lower trendline so the probability of a reversal remains high. However we will wait for clear confirmation before taking any action.

The market is behaving exactly like last week with no change in movement.

First it shows bearishness.

Then it recovers with some momentum.

Finally it slowly loses all momentum again.

This is not an ideal scenario for short-term or swing trades. However the market is currently at an oversold zone and trading right at long-term trend support increasing the chances of a reversal significantly.

We will wait patiently for a clear reversal. Once confirmed I’ll share an in-depth analysis along with some fundamentally strong stocks to consider.

The overall market is down but a few smallcap stocks are showing strength you can consider short-term positions in these.

For now avoid large and mid-caps as they’re extremely volatile today. Tomorrow should give a clearer picture.
