This is my final message to everyone who follows me.

The movements of financial markets are not random; they are planned. Investor psychology continues to shape market movements within seconds. Price movements are fractal and structured, and the Elliott Wave principle can track them closely. It’s a matter of how financial market participants interpret the situations that cause the structure or pattern to change in an instant. While I cannot disclose all my understanding or knowledge, my students who trade FCPO have managed to secure profits, even though they sometimes incur losses, which they quickly recover. I’ve shared this on my Facebook. I am currently tracking gold using Elliott Wave, backtesting, and working to understand gold's behavior within the Elliott Wave structure.

I will no longer update anything in this channel. This means I will be taking a break for one or two years, and this channel will no longer provide any information regarding the Malaysian equity market.

I have proven that Elliott Wave (EW) can track stock price movements, although it cannot provide 90% accuracy. I will consider this my last class for advanced EW. This morning, it appears to be making a comeback, retesting the RM0.97 resistance level and reaching an intraday high of RM0.985. We expect the rally towards RM1.00 to RM1.04, as mentioned previously, to continue.

However, the risk to this bullish view is if prices dip below RM0.89, it suggests that something unexpected is happening that is beyond our knowledge. Let’s monitor closely

A move below the psychological support level of 1,600 could open the door to 1,589 or lower, potentially testing the trendline. It is not impossible that the KLCI could decline back to 1,600, towards the previous low of 1,589. The KLCI index may be undergoing a major correction and could be in a significant downtrend.

In other words, we expect more downside ahead in the bigger picture, as the upside from the 2023 rally has completed a 5-wave impulsive sequence after it touched a high of 1,684 on September 2, 2024.

The KLCI Index fell last week due to a weakening Wall Street but rebounded on Friday after hitting a low of 1,589 on Thursday.

With Wall Street ending positively last Friday, we expect the KLCI Index to continue its upward momentum on Monday.

However, we anticipate that any gains are likely to be capped below 1,625 as FMPs remain cautious, watching the presidential election and the interest rate announcement.

Next week, any decline in Wall Street could also pull the KLCI Index down. We anticipate any rally will be technical and possibly unsustainable.
