የአለም አቀፉ የገንዘብ ተቋም ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር በኢትዮጵያ የስራ ጉብኝት ሊያደርጉ ነው
ጥር 22 / 2017 ዓ.ም - የአለም አቀፉ የገንዘብ ተቋም (IMF) ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር ክሪስታሊና ጆርጂዬቫ ከየካቲት 1 አስከ 2 / 2017 ዓ.ም ለሁለት ቀናት በኢትዮጵያ የስራ ጉብኝት ያደርጋሉ፡፡
ባለስልጣኗ ከከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊዎች ጋር ውይይት የሚያደርጉ ሲሆን ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተሯ እ.ኤ.አ በ2019 የተቋሙ ኀላፊ ከሆኑ በኋላ በኢትዮጵያ የስራ ጉብኝት ሲያደርጉ ይህ የመጀመሪያቸው መሆኑ ታውቋል፡፡
በጉብኝቱ ወቅት ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተሯ ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ እና ከከፍተኛ የመንግስት የስራ ኃላፊዎች ጋር በኢትዮጵያን ኢኮኖሚያዊ እድገት፣ ቅድሚያ በሚሳጣቸው ፖሊሲዎች እና በኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያዎች ዙሪያ ውይይት እንደሚያደርጉ ይጠበቃል።
ዳይሬክተሯ በጉብኝታቸው ወቅት ከግሉ ዘርፍ ተወካዮች ጋር በኢትዮጵያ ስላለው የንግድ ሁኔታ እና በኢኮኖሚ እድሎች ዙሪያ ውይይት የሚያካሂዱ ከመሆኑም በተጨማሪ በሀገሪቱ በማህበራዊ ልማት የተሰሩ ስራዎችን እነደሚጎበኙ ታውቋል፡፡

The Minister expressed gratitude to the Bank for the comprehensive financial and technical support to Ethiopia. The current portfolio reflects over USD 17 billion in investments across various sectors.
His Excellency gave an update on the bold macroeconomic reforms the country has undertaken, He discussed ongoing reforms in the tax and financial sectors to create a favorable investment climate and reaffirmed the Ethiopian government’s commitment to sustain its efforts in this area.
The Minister also congratulated the Bank and its donors on the robust IDA21 Replenishment. Ms. Bjerde commended Ethiopia for its successful implementation of macroeconomic and financial sector reforms and related gains to date, while reaffirming the World Bank’s commitment to continue supporting these initiatives. The Managing Director also highlighted the need for deepening the reforms to respond to the needs of the private sector.

Today, January 29, 2025, H.E. Ato Ahmed Shide, Ethiopia’s Minister of Finance, met with World Bank delegation led by Ms. Anna Bjerde, the Managing Director for Operations at the World Bank to discuss development cooperation in Ethiopia.
H.E. Ato Ahmed Shide congratulated the World Bank on the successful conclusion of the Mission 300 Energy Summit held in Tanzania earlier this week. The Bank, in collaboration with other development partners, is working on Mission300 to reduce by 50% the population of Africa without access to electricity by 2030, which aims to bring light to 300 million people on the continent. His Excellency emphasized that energy is central to Ethiopia's economy, highlighting the country's vast potential for renewable energy generation and a key sector for collaboration with World Bank.

መንግስት ለነዳጅ ድጎማ እያደረገ በመሆኑም ከዓለም እና ከጎረቤት ሀገራትም ባነሰ ዋጋ እየቀረበ ይገኛልም ነው ያሉት።
ይህን በከፍተኛ የውጭ ምንዛሪ የሚገባ ነዳጅ በከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ማቅረብ እና በቁጠባ መጠቀም ይገባል ያሉት ሚኒስትሩ፤ በዚህ ረገድ ያለውን ህገወጥ ንግድ እና ኮንትሮባንድ ለመከላከል ግብረ-ኃይል ተቋቁሟል ብለዋል።
የተሟላ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያው ከፍተኛ ቅድመ ዝግጅት ተደርጎበት ወደ ትግበራ መግባቱን የጠቀሱት ሚኒስትሩ በተለይ ዝቅተኛ ገቢ ያላቸው የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች ተጎጂ እንዳይሆኑ እየተሰራ መሆኑንም ተናግረዋል።
ለዚህም 400 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ተጨማሪ በጀት በማሳወጅ ነዳጅን ጨምሮ ማዳበሪያ፣ መድሀኒት፣ ዘይት እና ስኳር ከውጪ ሀገር ተገዝተው ለህብረተሰቡ በድጎማ እየቀረቡ እንደሚገኝም አብራርተዋል።
ከዚህ ውስጥ 82 ቢሊዮን ብር ለአፈር ማዳበሪያ ግዢ ድጎማ፤ 60 ቢሊዮን ብር ደግሞ ለከተማና ገጠር ሴፍቲኔት ድጋፍ ይውላል ብለዋል።
ዝቅተኛ ደሞዝ ተከፋይ ለሆኑ ሰራተኞችም ማሻሻያ መደረጉንም አንስተዋል።
ሌሎች ሀገራት መሰል ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ ሲተገብሩ ይህን አይነት ድጋፍ ሲያደርጉ አይታይም ያሉት የገንዘብ ሚኒስትሩ፤ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት በህብረተሰቡ ላይ ጫና እንዳይደርስ እያከናወናቸው ያሉ ተግባራት ከፍተኛ ሀላፊነት የሚሰማው መንግስት መሆኑን የሚያመለክት ነው ብለዋል።
ለማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያው ስኬት ዘላቂነትም መንግስት በየጊዜው ጥንቃቄ በተሞላበት መልኩ በብሔራዊ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ኮሚቴ በኩል የሚያከናውናቸውን የክትትልና ድጋፍ ስራዎች አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥል የገንዘብ ሚኒስትሩ አህመድ ሺዴ በሰጡት መግለጫ አመልክተዋል።

መንግስት በየዓመቱ 4.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር በማውጣት ከውጭ ሀገር የሚያስገባውን ነዳጅ ለህብረተሰቡ በድጎማ እያቀረበ ነው
ባለፉት ዓመታት ለነዳጅ ድጎማ ብቻ ከ267 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ወጪ ተደርጓል - የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር

ኢትዮጵያ ወደ ተሟላ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ ትግበራ ከገባች በኋላ ትግበራውን ማሳካት የሚያስችሉ የተለያዩ ውጤታማ ስራዎች መከናወናቸውን የገንዘብ ሚኒስትሩ አህመድ ሺዴ ተናግረዋል።
አሁን ላይ በሀገሪቱ ውስጥ ያለው የእድገት እንቅስቃሴ የተሻለ ደረጃ ላይ እንደሚገኝ ያነሱት ሚኒስትሩ፤ የተለያዩ የኢኮኖሚ አመላካቾችም ይህንን በሚገባ እንደሚያሳዩ ነው በሰጡት መግለጫ ያመለከቱት።
ከተሟላ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያው ትግበራ ወዲህ የገቢ አሰባሰብ ማደጉ፣ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ግኝት በከፍተኛ ደረጃ መሻሻሉ፣ የወጪ ንግድ የተሻለ አፈፃፀም የታየበት መሆኑ፣ የባንኮች ቁጠባ እያደገና ለኢኮኖሚው የሚያቀርቡት ብድርም በጠንካራ ሁኔታ ላይ መገኘቱን የገንዘብ ሚኒስትሩ ለአብነት ጠቅሰዋል።
ማሻሻያውን ከግብ ለማድረስም ከልማት አጋሮች ጋር ያለው ትብብር ተጠናክሮ ቀጥሏል ነው ያሉት።

South Sudan Delegation Visits Ethiopia's Social Protection Programs

On November 15, 2024, a delegation from South Sudan visited Ethiopia to learn about its current social protection programs. The delegation was led by Hon. Aya Benjamin Warille, Minister of Gender, Child and Social Service of South Sudan. The primary goal of their mission was to understand the implementation arrangements and financial mechanisms that support Ethiopia's social protection initiatives. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the World Bank, highlighting the global interest in these programs.

State Minister H.E Ms. Semereta Sewasew of Ministry of Finance has warmly welcomed the delegation and commended their efforts to learn from Ethiopia's experiences.

H.E. Semereta Sewasew highlighted e-commerce as a catalyst for economic growth and youth employment, emphasizing the transformative potential of digital platforms in providing Ethiopian youth with new job opportunities and enhancing their role in the digital economy. She stated, “By harnessing platforms like AliExpress, we can expand job prospects for our young people, support innovation, and open new avenues for trade and investment. This partnership signals a strong commitment to establishing Ethiopia as a key player in the global e-commerce arena.”
In line with Ethiopia's ongoing initiatives to modernize logistics and position itself as a regional e-commerce hub, this partnership with AliExpress complements existing projects, including Ethiopian Airlines' newly established e-commerce hub. AliExpress’s entry is expected to enhance Ethiopia’s logistics capabilities by benchmarking best practices in supply chain management, customs processing, and delivery efficiency, providing valuable insights and learning opportunities for Ethiopia’s customs and logistics sectors.

Ethiopia Expands E-Commerce Sector in Partnership with AliExpress, Fostering Youth Employment and Logistics Development
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia - October 30, 2024 – H.E. Semereta Sewasew, State Minister of Finance, held a strategic discussion with the Director of Key Accounts from Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group – AliExpress, alongside their respective teams, at the Ministry of Finance. This meeting marks a pivotal step in advancing Ethiopia’s e-commerce landscape as AliExpress officially launches its services in the country, focusing on job creation, local partnerships, and building Ethiopia’s technology, supply chain, and logistics infrastructure.

The Minister expressed the government’s commitment to further deepen efforts to boost private sector investment, including in the energy, manufacturing, logistics, and telecom sectors with the aim to foster sustainable growth.
The two agencies commended Ethiopia’s efforts to create an enabling environment for investment while underscoring the importance of sustained efforts required to further improve the investment climate and unlock the full potential of private sector-led development.

The high-level Ethiopian delegation, led by Minister Ahmed Shide, had fruitful exchanges with IFC’s Managing Director Mr. Makhtar Diop and MIGA’s Vice President Mr. Ethiopis Tafara on Ethiopia’s homegrown macroeconomic reform and ways to deepen strategic collaboration for private sector development.
The meetings discussed Ethiopia’s efforts and reforms to boost private sector investments, including recent opening of the retail, financial and other sectors to international investors.
H.E Ato Ahmed briefed the counterparts on the implementation of the homegrown macroeconomic reform and the positive early signs of progress, including positive business sentiment from private investors.

The US counterparts on their side, commended the achievements of the reform to date, including the protection provided to vulnerable households during the reform transition period acknowledging the critical high level political leadership, and assured continued advocacy and support of the US for the timely resolution on the debt negotiations through the Global Sovereign Debt Roundtable and bilaterally.
The 2 sides agreed to deepen the US-Ethiopia partnership using bilateral as well as multilateral channels, including cooperation through the IMF and WB.

Ethiopian delegation led by H.E Ahmed Shide held Bilateral discussions with the US State Department and Treasury
On the sidelines of the 2024 WB-IMF Annual Meetings, the Ethiopian delegation led by Finance Minister H.E. Ahmed Shide held bilateral discussions with US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Ambassador Molly Phee and the Assistant Secretary for US Treasury for International Affairs Brent Neiman.
H.E. Ahmed Shide briefed the US officials on the current economic and political situation as well as on the progress of the Government’s macroeconomic economic reform, and the crucial support needed from development partners, to support Ethiopia’s efforts to finalize the debt treatment negotiations under the G20 Common Framework.

Dr Eyob also presented an innovative approach to the debt restructuring process by establishing a clear timeline requiring conclusion of the debt restructuring within six months following the approval of an IMF program by the board. Participants of the Round Table agreed on the need to ensure the efficiency, timelines and predictability of the debt restructuring process.

The Ethiopian delegation attending the IMF/WB annual meeting has participated on the Global Sovereign Debt Roundtable (GSDR)co-chaired by IMF Managing Director Kristalina
Georgieva, World Bank President Ajay Banga, and Finance Minister of Brazil Fernando Haddad(G20 chair). The GSDR deliberated on how to make the debt restructuring process more effective.
Speaking at the Round Table, State Minister of Finance Dr. EYOB Tekalign shared Ethiopia’s debt restructuring experience. In this connection, he underscored the criticality of making interim debt suspension arrangements automatic when countries are making good faith efforts to resolve their debt issues.

በቻይና-አፍሪካ ጉባኤ ላይ እየተሳተፉ የሚገኙት የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አቶ አህመድ ሽዴ በኢትዮጵያ እና ቻይና መካከል በሚደረጉ የንግድ ልውውጦች ላይ የሁለቱ ሀገራት ገንዘቦች ጥቅም ላይ እንዲውሉ የሚያስችል ስምምነት መደረሱን ገልፀዋል።

ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነጻ የሚሆነውን የኤሌክትሪክ እና የውሀ ፍጆታ መጠን ለመወሰን የወጣ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1021/2016

2. የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት

በተመሳሳይ መልኩ እንደ ውሃና ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎትም ላለፉት 22 ዓመታት ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነፃ እንዲሆን የተደረገው አነስተኛ ገቢ ያለው የህብረተሰብ ክፍል ለትራንስፖርት የሚያወጣው ወጪ እንዳይንር እንዲሁም በጭነት ተሽከርካሪዎች ላይ የሚከፈለው ታክስ የዕቃዎችን ዋጋ መናር እንዳያስከትል በማሰብ ነበር፡፡
ሆኖም ከህዝብ እና የጭነት ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ውጪ ለሌሎች የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎቶች የዚህ አይነቱን ድጋፍ ማድረግ ተገቢ ባለመሆኑ፣ መንግስት ማህበረሰቡ የብዙሃን ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎትን እንዲጠቀም የተለያዩ ድጋፎችን በመስጠት እያበረታታና መሰረተ ልማቶችንም እየገነባ በመሆኑ ለትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት የተሰጠው ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነፃ የመሆን መብት ባለሶስት እግር ተሽከርካሪን ሳይጨምር ከስምንት መቀመጫ በታች ያላቸውን ሌሎች ተሽከርካሪዎች እንዳይመለከት ተደርጓል፡፡

ስለዚህ መንግስት አሁንም የብዙሃን ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት አቅርቦቶችን ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነፃ ያደረገ ሲሆን ባለሦስት እግር ተሽከርካሪን ሳይጨምር፣ አሽከርካሪውን ጨምሮ ከስምንት ሰው በታች የመጫን አቅም ያላቸውን ተሽከርካሪዎች በመጠቀም የሚሰጥ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እንዲከፈልበት አድርጓል።

በአዲሱ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1341/2016 በውሃ፣ በኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል እና በትራንስፖርት አቅርቦት ላይ ስለሚከፈል የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ

1. የውሃ እና የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል አቅርቦት

የኤሌክትሪክ እና የውሃ አቅርቦት ላለፉት 22 ዓመታት ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነፃ ተደርጎ የነበረው አነስተኛ ገቢ ያለው የህብረተሰብ ክፍል ያለበትን የወጪ ጫና ለማርገብና ለማቃለል ታስቦ ነበር፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ ከአንድ ቤተሰብ ወርሃዊ አማካይ ፍጆታ በላይ ኤሌክትሪክ እና ውሃን በብዛት የሚጠቀመው የመክፈል አቅም ያለው የህብረተሰብ ክፍል በመሆኑ በተሰጠው መብት ይበልጥ ተጠቃሚ የሆነው ይህ የህብረተስብ ክፍል ነው፡፡ ይህ የህብረተሰብ ክፍል ታክሱ የሚያስከትልበት የወጪ ጫና ስለሌለ ድጋፉ ትርጉም አልነበረም፡፡

ድጋፉ ታሳቢ ያደረገውን የህብረተሰብ ክፍል ብቻ በሚጠቅም መልኩ ማስተካከያ ማድረግ አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ነፃ የመሆኑ መብት ተፈጻሚ የሚሆነው የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር በሚያወጣው መመሪያ መሰረት የሚወሰን ከአንድ ቤተሰብ ወርሃዊ ፍጆታ ያልበለጠ የኤሌክትሪክ እና የውሃ ፍጆታ እንዲሆን ተደርጓል፡፡ ይህንን መጠን የሚወስን መመሪያ በጥቂት ቀናት ውስጥ ወጥቶ ተግባራዊ የሚደረግ ይሆናል፡፡

ስለዚህ መንግስት አነስተኛ ገቢ ያለው የህብረተሰብ ክፍል በመኖሪያ ቤቱ የሚጠቀመውን አማካይ ወርሃዊ የውሃና ኤሌክትሪክ ፍጆታ ከታክሱ ነፃ የሚያደርግ ሲሆን ከታክሱ ነፃ ከተደረገው በላይ የውሃና ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት ተጠቃሚዎች ላይ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተፈፃሚ እንዲሆን ያደርጋል፡፡

የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴርና የተጠሪ ተቋማት አመራሮችና ሰራተኞች በአንድ ጀንበር 600 ሚሊዮን ችግኞችን በመትከል መርሀ ግብር አረንጓዴ አሻራቸውን አኖሩ፡፡
ነሐሴ 17 / 2016 ዓ.ም - የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴርና የተጠሪ ተቋማት አመራሮችና ሰራተኞች በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ በአንድ ጀንበር 600 ሚሊዮን ችግኞችን የመትከል መርሀ ግብር ላይ በመሳተፍ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በለሚ ኩራ ክፍለ ከተማ ሜቄዶንያ የበጎ አድራጎት ማህበር አካባቢ አራንጓዴ አሻራቸውን አኖሩ፡፡
የገንዘብ ሚኒስትር ክቡር አቶ አህመድ ሺዴ አረንጓዴ አሻራቸውን ካኖሩ በኋላ እንደገለጹት ላለፉት ተከታታይ አመታት በተካሄደው ሀገር አቀፍ አረንጓዴ አሻራ የማኖር መርሀግብር የላቀ ሀገራዊ ንቅናቄና ህዝባዊ ተሳትፎ የታየበት መሆኑን ጠቁመው በዛሬው ዕለት በመላው ኢትዮጵያ በሚካሄደው በአንድ ጀንበር 600 ሚሊዮን ችግኞች የመትከል መርሀ ግብር ላይ የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴርና የተጠሪ ተቋማት አመራሮችና ሰራተኞች የአረንጓዴ አሻራ የማኖር አካል በመሆናችን ደስታ ይሰማናል ብለዋል፡፡
የገንዘብ ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ ዶ/ር ኢዮብ ተካልኝ በበኩላቸው አረንጓዴ አሻራ የማኖር መርሀ ግብር በሀገር ደረጃ ሁሉም ዜጎች የሚሳተፉበት ሀገር አቀፍ ንቅናቄ መሆኑን ጠቅሰው ችግኞችን በመትከል የደን ሽፋንን ማስፋት ምርትና ምረታማነትን በማሳደግ ለሀገር ልማትና ኢኮኖሚያዊ እድገት የላቀ አስተዋጽኦ አለው ብለዋል፡፡
የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር የኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ ክብርት ወ/ሮ ሰመሪታ ሰዋሰውም በስፍራው ተገኝተው አረንጓዴ አሻራቸውን አኑረዋል፡፡

የተወሰኑ ሺህ የማይሞሉ ነጋዴዎችን ለመጠበቅ ስንል፤ በሀገር በቀል ነጋዴ ስም ሚሊዮኖችን የጎዳ የንግድ ሰርዓት ይዘን መቀጠል የለብንም፡፡ የንግድ ስርዓቱ ለውድድር ክፍት መሆን አለበት፡፡ ጎረቤት ሀገራት ያለ አንድ ዕቃ ፤ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ካለ ዕቃ ፤ የበለጠ የሚወደድበት ምንም ምክንያት የለም፡፡

The Agreements were signed between H.E. Mr. Ahmed Shide, Minister, Ministry of Finance, and Ms. Maryam Salim, World Bank Country Director for Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan, and South Sudan representing the Government of Ethiopia and the World Bank, respectively.

Since becoming a founding member of the World Bank, Ethiopia has benefited from the Bank's unwavering support, which has spanned various administrations and developmental phases. The past five years have seen a remarkable intensification of this support, making the World Bank the largest source of development finance. Currently, Ethiopia accesses over USD 2 billion annually in concessional financing from IDA, with half of this amount provided as grants.
The World Bank’s portfolio in Ethiopia is now around USD 15.5 billion, with USD 7 billion ready for disbursement. Additionally, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) maintains an investment portfolio in Ethiopia valued at USD 319 million. On another hand, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) is actively engaged with USD 1.15 billion in guarantees mainly covering the telecommunications sector and is expected to grow over the coming years

Ethiopia Signs USD 1.5 Billion Support with the World Bank
July 30, 2024:- We are pleased to announce a significant reinforcement of its long-standing partnership with the World Bank.
A new financial package, through the First Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Development Policy Operation, has been agreed upon, consisting of a USD 1 billion grant and a USD 500 million loan, USD 1.5 billion in total aimed at bolstering the ongoing economic reform initiatives of the Ethiopian government. This substantial support from the World Bank, which is phase one, is a testament to the depth of our enduring alliance and shared commitment to Ethiopia's development aspirations.

ሐምሌ 23/ 2016 ዓ.ም - ከቅርብ ግዚያት ወዲህ አንዳንድ አጭበርባሪ ግለሰቦች የገንዘብ ሚኒሰቴርን አርማና የክቡር ሚኒስትር አቶ አህመድ ሺዴ ፎቶን በመጠቀም በተለያዩ ድረ-ገጾችና የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ገጾች ላይ ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ለስራ ፈጣሪዎችና ለግል ድርጅቶች የሚሰጥ የድጋፍ ገንዘብ ያዘጋጀ በማስመሰል ግለሰቦች እንዲያመለክቱና መመዝገቢያ ገንዘብ እንዲከፍሉ በመጠየቅ ላይ ናቸው፡፡
እነዚህ አጭበርባሪ አካላት በተለይም ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ከአለም አቀፍ የገንዘብ ተቋማት ጋር የሚያደርገውን የልማት ድጋፍና የብድር ስምምትን እየተከተሉና የቅርብ ጊዜ የሚኒስትሩንና የአለም አቀፍ የገንዘብ ተቋማት ሀላፊዎችን ፎቶ በማስደገፍ ግለሰቦች ለገንዘብ ድጋፉ እንዲመዘገቡና ፎርም እንዲሞሉ እየወተወቱ ስለሆነ ህብረተሰቡ ከነዚህ አጭበርባሪዎች ራሱን አንዲጠብቅ ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ያሳስባል፡፡
በተጨማሪም ህብረተሰቡ ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር በህግ ከተሰጠው ተግባርና ሀላፊነት ውጪ ለግለሰቦች፣ ለስራ ፈጣሪዎችና ለግል ድርጅቶች ገንዘብ የሚያከፋፍልበት አሰራር እንደሌለው አውቆ እንዳይታለል እያሳሰብን ከሚመለከተው አካል ጋር በመተባበር በአጭበርባሪዎች ላይ ክትትል እያደግን መሆናችንን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
