Job Description in brief :
1. Make sure the water system is operation and functional to ensure that they are ready for use.
2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in the water system according to the schedules, document the preventive and corrective maintenance according to procedures (SOP’s).
3. Review any Failure to the system and discuss with the Manager and concerned departments and participate in the investigation of the related problems to solve it and address preventive measures.
4. Participate in the verification studies of water systems as assigned.
5. To direct solving of engineering systems and contribute with follow up to ensure that the suggested issues were solved and effective.
6. Managing the needs of the air systems and following up the conformity of the necessary components with the engineering specifications according to the manufacturing requirements for classifying the air units and the areas they feed.
7. Issue periodical reports as requested .

Utilities Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry and Environmental Studies or related Scientific degree .
• 5 years’ of pharmaceutical air and water systems experience or any other equivalent field .

💥 عندما يأتي الـ Auditor لمراجعة مصنع حاصل على شهادة حلال (Halal Certification)، هناك مجموعة نقاط أساسية يركز عليها لضمان التزام المصنع بمتطلبات الشهادة.
• أهم هذه النقاط هي:

🟢1. المواد الخام والمكونات:
🟡التحقق من أن جميع المواد الخام والمكونات المستخدمة حلال (لا تحتوي على أي مواد محرمة مثل الكحول أو مشتقات الخنزير).
🟡وجود شهادات الحلال للمواد الخام من الموردين.

🟢2. عمليات الإنتاج:
🟡التأكد من أن المعدات المستخدمة في الإنتاج خالية من أي تلوث بمواد غير حلال (Cross-contamination).
🟡عمليات التنظيف (CIP - Cleaning In Place) يتم تنفيذها بشكل صحيح لضمان النظافة الشرعية.

🟢3. الموردين والمشتريات:
🟡التحقق من اعتماد الموردين كموردين معتمدين حلال.
🟡وجود نظام توثيق ومتابعة يثبت أن المواد التي يتم استلامها مطابقة لمواصفات الحلال.

🟢4. إجراءات التخزين:
🟡فصل المنتجات الحلال عن المنتجات غير الحلال أو التي قد تسبب تلوثًا.

🟢5. التعبئة والتغليف:
🟡التأكد من أن مواد التعبئة والتغليف لا تحتوي على مواد محرمة.
🟡وضع علامات وشعارات الحلال بشكل واضح وصحيح على المنتجات.

🟢6. الإجراءات الإدارية:
🟡وجود نظام توثيق كامل للعمليات والإجراءات الخاصة بشهادة الحلال.
🟡الاحتفاظ بالسجلات التي توثق جميع مراحل التصنيع والتوزيع لضمان الشفافية.

"Senior Supply Planner "
We are looking for a skilled Senior Supply Planner to manage raw material planning based on sales forecasts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials by negotiating with suppliers, aligning purchases with production needs, and optimizing stock levels to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and forecast raw material requirements based on sales projections
Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
Monitor stock levels and adjust orders to meet production schedules and avoid shortages
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure alignment between demand and supply

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles (FMCG experience preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a for " Water and Wastewater Assistant Engineer" to join our team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Assist in collecting and verifying data related to the current wastewater system, including treatment capacities, existing facilities, service area information, population demographics, and GIS data.
• Prepare data summaries and visualizations, such as charts and maps, and document findings derived from data collection and analysis.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map the locations of wastewater infrastructure and the corresponding service areas.
• Carry out basic to moderate engineering calculations to estimate future wastewater generation and evaluate existing system capacity performance.
• Contribute to updated sections of the wastewater master plan.
• Assist in defining wastewater investment priorities and updating the Capital Investment Plan.
• Participate in meetings with local authorities and stakeholders to gather input on wastewater management needs and priorities.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Provide other technical and engineering support related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain highly collaborative relationships with counterparts and relevant water stakeholders to successfully develop and implement project activities.
• Support preparing the report on best incentives to mobile the local market toward complying with water efficiency requirements.
• Support preparing for the related workshops including presentation.
• Perform other tasks as appropriate and as determined by the Deputy Chief of Party – Technical

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, water infrastructure or environmental engineering, water resources management, or another related field.
• One year of engineering-related experience within the water and wastewater industry.
• Basic understanding of water and wastewater engineering principles.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to compile and interpret project data as needed
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, GIS software).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Jordan’s water sector is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability in English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with modeling software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with different teams, under pressure, and on multidisciplinary activities
