৫ আগস্টের পরে অনেক দাগী দাগী আসামী, সন্ত্রাসী মুক্তি পেয়ে গেছে। কে মুক্তি পায় নাই জানেন? বিএসএফের ভুলের কারণে বিনাদোষে প্রায় ১৮ বছর ধরে জেল খাটা বাগেরহাটের হতভাগ্য যুবক বাদল ফরাজী।

আমাদের অনেকের অনেক রকম ইচ্ছা থাকে। পেশায় মেকানিক বাদল ফরাজীর খুব ইচ্ছা ছিল তাজমহল দেখার।
সেজন্য টাকা পয়সা জমিয়ে, পাসপোর্ট করে, ভিসা নিয়ে ২০০৮ সালে ভারতে যান বাদল ফরাজী। বেনাপোল সীমান্ত দিয়ে ভারত ইমিগ্রেশন পার করার আগেই বাদলকে গ্রেফতার করে বিএসএফ।
অপরাধ?

ভারতের প্রবেশের আগে দিল্লীতে একটি খুনের ঘটনায় ওয়ান্টেড ছিল বাদল সিং নামে এক ভারতীয়। বাংলাদেশের বাদল ফরাজীকে বাদল সিং ভেবে আটক করে বিএসএফ। ভারতীয় আদালত তাকে যাবজ্জীবন কারাদণ্ড দেয়।
ভারতের কুখ্যাত তিহার জেলে বিনা অপরাধে পঁচতে থাকে এই যুবক।

তিহার জেলে তার সাথে পরিচয় হয় এক মানবাধিকার কর্মী রাহুল কাপুরের। তিনিই বাংলাদেশ হাইকমিশনকে বিষয়টি জানান।
১০ বছর পর ২০১৮ সালে বন্দী বিনিময়ের সময় বাংলাদেশে নিয়ে আসা হয় বাদলকে।

কিন্তু দেশে এসেও মিলেনি মুক্তি।
দেশে আসার পর প্রথমে কেরানীগঞ্জ জেলে রাখা হয় তাকে। সেখান থেকে পরে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় কাশিমপুর কারাগারে।
তৎকালীন স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী আসাদুজ্জামান খান কামালকে চিঠি লিখে, নানাভাবে বিষয়টি জানায় বাদলের বোন।
কিন্তু মুক্তি হয়নি হতভাগ্য এই যুবকের।
পুত্রশোকে মারা গেছে বাদলের বাবা, মা। মৃত্যু শয্যায় পূত্রকে দেখার ইচ্ছে পূরণ হয়নি তার হতভাগ্য মায়ের।
ভারতীয়দের ভুলের কারণে বিনা দোষে প্রায় ১৮ বছর ধরে জেলে পঁচে মরলো।
জীবন যৌবন শেষ হয়ে গেল জেলে।
নিজের দেশে এসেও প্রেক্ষাপট বদলের পরও জেল থেকে মুক্তি পায়নি এই হতভাগ্য যুবক। কী নিষ্ঠুর নিয়তি মানুষের।

আজকে বিএনপির এক নেতা বললেন, তারেক রহমানের নাম নেয়ার আগে অযু করতে।
সেদিন আরেক নেতা বলেছিলেন, প্রতিদিন জিয়াউর রহমানের নাম নিলে বেহেশত নিশ্চিত।

অথচ আল্লাহ রসুলের নাম নিতে হলেও অযু করতে হয় না। অযু ছাড়াও জিকির করা যায়। আর বেহেশতের সুসংবাদ পেয়েছিলেন মাত্র ১০ জন সাহাবী।

সেখানে বিএনপি নেতারা তারেক রহমানের নাম নেয়ার আগে অযু করতে বলে, জিয়াউর রহমানের নাম নিলে বেহেশত নিশ্চিত বলে।

এসব থামানোর জন্য কি বিএনপির কেউ নাই?
যেমনটা নাই দেশজুড়ে চাঁদাবাজি ঠেকানোর জন্য। কিংবা পাশের দেশের নেতাদের পা চাটাচাটি।

আওয়ামীলীগ নিজেকে একটা ধর্ম হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে চেয়েছিল। একটা ধর্ম, একটা কাল্ট। যেটার কেবল হলো বাংলাদেশের মানচিত্রের উত্তর পশ্চিম কোণার দিকে। এই ধর্মের মহাগুরু ছিলেন শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান।
প্রত্যেক ধর্মেই একটা শয়তানের দরকার হয়। আওয়ামীলীগ শহীদ প্রেসিডেন্ট জিয়াউর রহমানক আওয়ামী ধর্মের শয়তান হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে চেয়েছিল।

হেন কোনো কুরুচিপূর্ণ কথা কিংবা মিথ্যাচার নাই, যা জিয়া এবং তার পরিবারকে নিয়ে আওয়ামী কাল্টের নেতারা করে নাই।

আওয়ামীলীগ যেহেতু নিজেই একটা ধর্ম হয়ে উঠেছিল, তাই এই দেশের সবচেয়ে বড় ধর্মের অনুসারীদের দমন করা তার প্রধান লক্ষ্য উদ্দেশ্য হয়ে উঠেছিল।
শেখ হাসিনাকে সংসদে হযরত পর্যন্ত বলা হয়।
শেষ পর্যন্ত তাদের হযরত সহ তাদের পূণ্যভূমি দিল্লীতে পালিয়ে যায়।

এই দেশে বিএনপিকে মানুষ দিল্লীরবিরোধী এবং উদার ডানপন্থী জন্যই পছন্দ করে।

এভাবে বিএনপির কেউ কেউ যদি দিল্লীর দাসত্ব মেনে নিতে চায়, বিএনপিকে আওয়ামীলীগের মতই একটা কাল্ট বানাতে চায়, তাহলে বিএনপি যে জনপ্রিয়তা এবং সাধারণ মানুষের সিম্প্যাথী এতদিন অর্জন করেছিল, সেগুলো তাদের হারাতে হবে।
বিএনপিকে অবশ্যই অফলাইনে তাদের চাঁদাবাজ আর অনলাইনে টাল বটরদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারতে হবে।
একটা দলের হাইকমান্ডের কোনো নিয়ন্ত্রণ যদি তার দলের নেতাকর্মীদের উপর না থাকে, সেই দল কীভাবে একটা বড় শক্তি হয়ে উঠবে?
তারচেয়ে খারাপ কথা হলো, আওয়ামীলীগের তো পালানোর জন্য দিল্লী ছিল। যারা দিল্লীর কৃপা পেতে চাচ্ছে, তাদেরকে দিল্লী আশ্রয়ের হাত এভাবে বাড়িয়ে দেবে?
