Herbal Bitters by far my favorite to work with and always have on hand.

Making dandelion and wild violet body oil with the solar infusion method 🌼🪻
🌼Dandelion is great for sore muscles and healing skin issues like acne.
🪻Wild violet soothes dry, irritated skin.
-Gather your flowers. Make sure you pick them from somewhere that hasn't been sprayed with chemicals, and away from roadways because of the pollution from cars.
-Rinse your flowers then lay them out on a lined baking sheet to dry for a few days. You can either cut the petals off of your dandelions at this point or remove them after they've dried.
-Once they're dry, put them in jars and cover with oil. I used argan but you can use olive oil, jojoba, avocado, etc.
-Place the jars where they get a decent amount of sun.
-Let the oil infuse for 2 weeks, shaking the jars every couple of days. Then strain your oil into clean jars and store away from sunlight. The oil can stay good for up to a year.
