I want to take this moment to recognize and appreciate everyone who has supported me over the last few years.
And in particular I want to recognize one person.
A while back I made a post about if you like my work and want to support me you could tip me some bitcoin and I posted my address.
This was after putting in hours and hours of work on a particular topic.
I didn’t expect anything, but I just felt like I would give everyone a chance to show me some love.
One person very generously gave me a tip and I was so happy. It was a validation and I had no idea who did it.
Well, a couple days later they reached out and it was someone who wanted to just tell me how much they appreciate all the work I put in to help everyone out.
Then I felt guilty and very clearly indicated that I could give the money back and I wasn’t in any way hurting financially. The person kindly refused my offer and instead offered more support!
This blew my mind and again I had to tell them that I was doing ok and I would not feel right taking their money. They assured me that they had plenty and wanted to do this out of a pure place of support.
I had never ever experienced anything like this and it was a lot to take in.
So this last year this kind person has been gifting me bitcoin and asking absolutely nothing in return.
In turn I have tried my absolute best to pay it forward both here and in the NHK. That’s what I can do.
So, I have to give big thanks for this person.
And I have to let everyone know that without that support, I most likely wouldn’t be posting and would have already de-activated this channel and left the NHK dormant.
It’s a tricky situation with money. We all need it and we cannot live without it. However some people don’t have enough. Some people have more than enough. Having alot doesn’t make us any happier. But being able to pay rent and the bills and buy food sure is nice!
I write this post as a way of showing gratitude to this amazing person and also to inspire others to be more generous with whatever resources or gifts they may have to offer.
I will continue to put forth the effort here and in my other platforms. At some point I may choose to launch a paid service again. I don’t know.
For NHK pro, the fee I charged was peanuts. It wasn’t even enough money to really pay the bills. But it was something and I used part of it as a seed to grow my crypto funds. That went very well and I am still ok! I have enough. I am blessed and although I don’t own any property and my family’s one vehicle is a 2009, I am very happy and blessed.
I never have to scrape by on food or important things for my kids. And I know alot of people do.
I’ve been thinking about how to inspire others, how to give, and how to receive.
It really sucks watching scammers and grifters make millions deceiving and hurting people. It makes me want to give up and just live my life privately. However I have that one bright angel who has helped me so much over the last year so I will keep going.

I have a few passions in life that on their surface may seem frivolous. But I will tell you that if you want to learn human health, you’ve got to have other models of observation into biology.
I like keeping fancy goldfish and koi. It’s an experience over the years unlike any other. I always make a point to build my own systems. Sometimes they are very crude and missing key parts. This will magnify problems and cause me to re-engineer the environment.
Over the years I’ve been able to observe my fish in all kinds of environments and see what they can handle, what will kill them, and what they thrive on.
The bearded dragons are technically my daughters but I’ve taken the same approach to raising them. The goal of course is to keep them as happy and healthy as humanly possible.
One side benefit of caring for our beardies is observing the unique power of a med bath.
Think of med baths as a multi tool. One tool is the ability to jumpstart the metabolic engines restoring vitality to the body.

Bearded dragons taking their after poop bath. I started incorporating detox baths into this routine of keeping them clean.
Amazing results overall and specifically the story that happened about a month ago.
These guys are a few years old now. They go into a hibernation phase once a year for a couple months or so.
This year they wouldn’t come out of it. They kept burying themselves and sleeping all day. This went on way longer than it should. We would wake them up and try to feed them but they were pretty much listless.
I decided to do a jump start bath with methylene blue and sea salt. Made it a little strong and they came out like Easter eggs with blue highlights. But they were awake.
I thought that they were a little too blue so we gave them a second bath with Epsom salts and chlorine dioxide.
10 minutes later their color had normalized(99%) and they were wide awake.
They ate vigorously and sat under their light. They’ve been awake and active since. Clean too!

I will tell you another quick story.
I mentioned here a few weeks back about my nephew. Well, the next week a family friend has the same experience.
Rushed to the hospital..
Healthy male in his late 40s got very sick and his hemoglobin and red blood cell count crashed. He couldn’t breathe. Thought he was dying. Hospital did tests and sent him home and he got way way worse on the way home.
Short version- my wife told him he absolutely must take the chlorine dioxide 10 drops quickly and continue for a week.
She also told him to soak in a bath with 40 drops and a big handful of sea salt for 40 minutes a day. She had her sister drive the medicine to him immediately.
He had been sick for a week and she had suggested it but you know how it is. She told him a year or so ago about it. We showed him and he just kinda smiled and politely declined a few drops as an intro.
Well, he bounced back in about a day of treatment. Literally saved him from dying of malaria and being just another number on the board.
He is an amazing guy. A father. A husband. Super bright guy that runs his own small electrician contractor trade. And he will continue to live now because of something so simple, so fundamental but highly suppressed.

However, I did a bath a couple days ago and the results were phenomenal. Had a bunch of scratches, nicks and wounds from the last month or so or horsing around with my kids. The next day all the healing looks like it had progressed 1-2 weeks!
Did a 45 minute hot bath with 2 lbs Epsom salt and 200 drops mms. (1 tsp= roughly 100 drops).
Unbelievable detox overall, great results on all the skin and overall a much softer feeling without oil or tallow.
My family will also do different baths and the results are always so dramatic.

I’ve got something in the works were I’m going to release my own synthesis of metabolic mastery, and the Ray Peat principles.
Imo this is it. This is the answer to micro plastics, nanotechnology, parasites, and basic human health and happiness.
Detoxing is just step one of the combination. Then we have to crank up our metabolic engines to full blast and literally digest and outgrow the nano stuff.

Sad news everyone.
My dear friend Dr. Lewis has passed away at the age of 67. He died doing what he loved most. And yes, he was 4x vaxxed.
He leaves behind 18 illegitimate children and 12 Baby’s mommas.
In his final moments, he texted me and gave me back custody of this channel which I had sold him only a few short days ago.
