If you aren't aware, it's the first 9 months of the year, which pretty much seals how most companies will perform this year.

Over the week, I discovered 3 charts that I need to share with you because they might affect your investments.
(1) FCF Yield
This chart shows the free cash flow yield of the S&P 500.
The yield tells you, compared to fundamentals, how 'overvalued' or 'undervalued' the market is.
It's an imperfect but decent indicator of where we are in the market cycle.
The stock market has entered a 2 standard deviation(SD) zone.
In simple terms, the stock market has only gotten a higher valuation 5% of the time.
Does this mean it is time to sell your stocks and go all cash?
Not exactly.
For one, the market may climb more. 2 SD to 3 SD, 5% to 1%.
At the same time, it suggests we're much closer to the cliff than last year.
Practically, we should all exercise more caution now.
Any stock you decide to hold or buy must pass more stringent criteria than before.
