എങ്ങനെ പഠിക്കും എന്ന് ആലോജിച്ചു youtube ൽ നോക്കി. അപ്പൊൾ കുറേ ക്ലാസുകൾ കണ്ടു. ചിലത് paid ആണ്. മോഹന സുന്ദര വാഗ്ദാനങ്ങൾ കണ്ടു. പല പല ഫീസുകൾ.
ജോലി അത്യാവശ്യമായതു കൊണ്ട് കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ക്യാഷ് അറേഞ്ച് ചെയ്ത് ജോയിൻ ചെയ്തു. പക്ഷേ youtube ൽ കണ്ടതും paid course ൽ കണ്ടതും തമ്മിൽ ഒരു ബന്ധവുമില്ല. ക്ലാസുകൾ തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞവരുടെ ക്ലാസുകൾ കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് ക്യാഷ് തിരിച്ചു ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതും ഇല്ല.

6th pay കമ്മീഷൻ 2006 ൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായിരുന്നു മിനിമം basic pay 7000 and maximum 80,000 എന്നുള്ളത്. 7th pay commission 2016 ൽ ഇതിനെ വീണ്ടും റിവൈസ് ചെയ്ത് 18,000 മുതൽ 2,50,000 എന്നാക്കി. ( ഇപ്പൊൾ group D സ്റ്റാഫുകളുടെ basic pay 18,000 ആയത് അങ്ങനെ ആണ്.ബാക്കി അലവൻസുകൾ കൂടെ (DA+other)ആകുമ്പോൾ തുടക്കത്തിൽ ഇപ്പൊൾ 30,000 അടുത്ത് കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടും.)
