இதைப் பரிசீலித்த நீதிபதிகள், ஒரு பெண் திருமணமான ஆன பிறகும், விதவையான பிறகும் கூட மகள் என்ற தகுதியில் அடங்குவார். குறிப்பாகத் தந்தை இறப்பதற்கு முன்பே விதவையான மகள் சட்டப்படி தனது தந்தையின் பலன்களை ஏற்க அனைத்து தகுதியும் உடையவர் என்று தெரிவித்து அவருக்கு தந்தையின் பதவியைக் கருணை அடிப்படையில் வழங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று தீர்ப்பளித்தனர்.

Dear VLEs,

There is a huge opportunity for applying BC in BOB , if you are active in CSC Mandatory Services. VLEs who met following criteria can apply for BC through the Google form and shortlisted candidates can submit the application form through district and state SPOCs.


Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum 1 year as a CSC VLE
2. Average DSP transactions 600 in past 6 months
3. Police verification report (In Current Date)
4. IIBF certificate
5. 12TH Pass
6.CIBIL
7. No BC with any Pvt or PSU Banks (Both in CSC and other Vendors)
8.Active in all Mandatory Services
9. Willing to open OD account with BOB for transaction purpose (Minimum 10,000rs)
10. Willing to do APY/PMJJBY/PMSBY/Account Opening and Loans

Note :

1. Already a BC with Axis/HDFC/BOI/SBI - Please do not apply
2. If applications submitted to any of the banks and awaiting for on-boarding also need not apply
3. CSC or its Staffs will not ask Money from VLEs for onboarding Bank BC through any means. If any deviations , please write to us .
4. Only VLEs who meet above crieteria can apply for BC and will be shortlisted
5. Onboarding of BC at first level will be screened by CSC and BOB will take final call for KO Creation
6. Google form is extended to open till 24th Nov'24 for the benefit of VLEs
7.If you have already submitted the file to DM or State Tech SPOC , please dont update in this form . Instead reach to your DM for status
8.VLEs who are BC with other vendors and required BC with CSC can also apply , if your DSP transactions cross an average 100 for 6 months
9.PVR in current date is a mandate and IIBF certificate or ack copy should be readily available

How to get UCL. UCL Criteria for CSC VLEs

Dear VLE,

There is an opportunity to avail UCL services if you are active in DSP and has achieved the below criteria , you can apply for UCL through the link mentioned herewith.

Eligible Criteria :

To apply for UCL Service through CSC . VLE should be eligible on following criteria :

1.Should be a CSC VLE for more than 12 Months
2.Should have been active in DSP & Mandatory Services
3.Should be a BC (PSU/PVT) for more than 6 Months
4.If a PSU BC (BOB/SBI/BOI/IDBI/IB) – Transactions not less than 250 average in last 3 Months or Earning Commission above 3500Rs through BC with mandatory 20 days Login
5.Pvt Bank BC (Axis/HDFC) – Active in BC with minimum 30 Transactions per month average in last 3 Months or a Minimum Disbursement of 5 Lakhs Loans through Axis/HDFC

புதிய செயல்முறை மாற்றத்தின் விவரங்கள் கீழ் வருமாறு

1. நவம்பர் 1 ஆம் தேதியில் இருந்து வாடிக்கையாளர் முதல் முறை Digipay Lite மூலம் தனது பயனாளிக்கு பணம் செலுத்த வரும்பொழுது வாடிக்கையாளர் தனது PAN அல்லது Aadhaar நகலை VLEடம் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். அதை VLE ஸ்கேன் செய்து நமது DIGPIPAY lite சர்வரில் அப்லோடு செய்ய வேண்டும் (இது முதல் தடவை மட்டுமே. அதன் பிறகு அந்த வாடிக்கையாளர் எந்த ஒரு CSC சேவை மையத்திற்கு சென்று DIGIPAY Lite மூலம் DMT சேவை பரிவதனையை செய்து கொள்ளும் போது இந்த வழிமுறையை செய்து கொள்ளத் தேவை கிடையாது)

2. ⁠ஒரு வாடிக்கையாளர் 30 நாட்களுக்கு அதிகபட்சமாக 25 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் (மொத்தத்தில்) வரை மட்டுமே அவர்களது பயனாளிகளுக்கு DMT செய்ய இயலும்.

Important communication for Mantra L1 devices

For all the devices which are new in the eco system and have not done any transaction till now may get error code-211 Aadhaar response not found
UIDAI has issued a directive for all vendors to undergo a test phase for to assess the firmware of Level 1 (L1) registered fingerprint devices.
Currently Mantra is doing the testing to evaluate the Technical and functional upgrade of L1 registered fingerprint devices.
The functioning of new L1 fingerprint devices will commence only after the successful completion of this test phase
Kindly note – there is no impact on existing whitelisted devices will continue to function as usual. If agent is having a fresh L1 device then he might face the issue and he needs to use old device and wait till Mantra technical testing is completed
