ANNOUNCEMENT: COLLECTION OF TRANSCRIPT AND CERTIFICATES FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS SEMESTER 3, 2023/2024

Attention to all Graduating Students,
The Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Internationalisation (ODDAI) is
pleased to announce that transcripts are now available ONLY for graduating
students in the program:

1. Foundation in Allied Health Sciences (ALLHS/CALHS)
2. Foundation in Dentistry (DENTI)
3. Foundation of Medicine (MEDIC/CMED)
4. Foundation in Nursing (NUS/CNUS)
5. Foundation in Pharmacy (PMACY)

Transcript Collection:
• Graduating students in the stated program can collect their transcripts from
the Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Internationalisation. The details are as follows:

• Please bring a valid student matric card or IC for verification.
• To collect credentials (transcript and certificate) on someone's behalf, please
fill out the form and bring a copy of the matric card or IC (student and representative) together with the form. The form can be found on the last page of the PDF.

Other Programs:
• Transcripts for other programs are currently under development and will be available soon.
• Students requiring urgent transcripts for specific purposes may contact Sr. Nuratikah, [email protected]. We will provide a standard operating procedure (SOP) for urgent transcript requests.

RE-CHECKING ANSWER SCRIPT SEMESTER 3, SESSION 2023/2024

Please be informed that the re-checking answer script, Semester 3, 2023/2024 will start from 29th July 2024 (Monday) until 01st August 2024 (Thursday).

Students are reminded to use the Appeal for Re-checking form in the Google Form given,

THE OFFICIAL EXAMINATION RESULT FOR SEMESTER 3, SESSION 2023/2024

Please be informed that the END-OF-SEMESTER official examination result for Semester 3, 2023/2024 can be viewed through the i-Ma'luum Student Portal https://imaluum.iium.edu.my/ on:

26th July 2024 (Friday) after 4.00 p.m.

Students are reminded to check the important dates stated in the result slip, especially on the deadline of appeal for the Re-checking process and the date for the Re-Sit Examination/Special Examination.

Students are highly recommended to print or save the examination result for future referral.

The only student with clear status will be allowed to view their results (no pending fees, summons and filled in the SFS Form)

Dear December Intake Students of CFS IIUM 2023 2024,

May this announcement reach you while you are in the best state of Iman and health by the grace of
Allah Subhana-hu wa Ta’ala.

📌 Kindly note that, for December Intake’s Students 2023/2024, if you are from B40 and M40
family with *gross income less than RM11,820.00,* you are required to submit your parents
**payslip/ Borang Pengesahan Pendapatan Keluarga (BPPK)*for BKA application through
email to Sr. Zahirah ([email protected]).

📌 Students from Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan are required to email a copy of their air flight
ticket to claim the air flight allowance.
