“Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people. For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another. But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. The saying is trustworthy, and I want you to insist on these things, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to devote themselves to good works. These things are excellent and profitable for people. But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned.”

(Titus 3:1-11)

As a Christian, you profess faith in Christ, but how do your actions reflect this conviction? You chant “Christ is Lord” but do you live as if Christ reigns over your life? Do you genuinely believe the Bible is God’s Word and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness? How is this truth shaping your thoughts and deeds? Is the Spirit’s miraculous transformation of your heart evident in the way you live? What has changed in your spiritual walk since you first believed? Do you carry on in unrepentant sin? Do you commune with God in daily prayer? Do you pursue wisdom and truth by studying His Word? Have you joined a church and devoted yourself to the weekly assembling of the saints? Do you share the gospel message with unsaved friends and family? Reflect on these questions, and examine yourself honestly.

This is just as much a reminder for me as it is for anybody reading. What are you willing to sacrifice for your loyalty to Christ? What have you given up in your pursuit of truth and holiness? Are you willing to be forsaken by friends and family because of your faith? Are you prepared to lose your career because your employer is coercing you to violate your conscience? Are you ready to be imprisoned and executed because you’re a Christian? If you aren’t even willing to pause the YouTube videos or take a break from Instagram reels for 30 minutes of Scripture reading and prayer, why do you think you would be willing to die for Christ?

Do you not believe you need to take up your cross daily and follow Christ? Do you not believe this life is coming to an end and eternity is approaching? Do you not believe God’s promises are true? Do you not believe your unsaved friends and family are on the path to destruction? What do you believe? Why are you a Christian? Are you just a Christian because you were raised in a Christian household and it’s easy in America right now to tweet out “Christ is Lord” and feel good about yourself, or are you a Christian because you know this is the ultimate truth of reality?

“Some indeed preach Christ from envy and rivalry, but others from good will. The latter do it out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defense of the gospel. The former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely but thinking to afflict me in my imprisonment. What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice, for I know that through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance, as it is my eager expectation and hope that I will not be at all ashamed, but that with full courage now as always Christ will be honored in my body, whether by life or by death.”

Gun owners and gun rights advocates would be better off if Meta completely banned all forms of gun content from their platforms than what’s being done to them right now.

Standardization can be a difficult task to accomplish with a volunteer force. To some, the benefits are clear but aren’t worth the effort. Others may not see the point to begin with. How important is standardization to you? Should all your rifles accept the same magazines or at least the same caliber? What about your sidearms? Are there specific items every member should carry in their gear or keep at home? Magazines, ammo, first aid supplies, food, water? Do you need every IFAK to be positioned in the same location on every person and contain the same items? Is every person’s radio programmed with the same frequencies? Does every person even need a radio? Should everybody’s uniform and load bearing equipment be the same pattern or color? How significant are patches and patch placement? Should all members meet a baseline level of firearm proficiency, physical fitness, and general knowledge? How will implementing these standards impact your group as it stands currently? How will it affect integration of new members? Will stricter requirements hinder recruitment or could they strengthen cohesion and effectiveness? Should new members meet these standards before joining, or could they be granted a probationary period after joining to meet the standards? Discuss these questions in your group.

We are putting together an AKP Kalash Bash crew for the 2025 Kalash Bash competition. We do have a specific uniform you will be required to match but we’ve already got about 39 people so far going so it’s going to be a pretty cool time. Got a group chat specifically for planning it so let me know if you want to join the crew.

“Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing. For ‘Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.’”

It’s been six years since our very first Peasant Patch release and it’s finally time for the return of our original G1 design in its original Green Zone color pattern. Even now, no two runs are exactly alike. This year’s 2024 Peasant Patch is made in the USA, features a slightly simplified silhouette on the design, and uses a 500D Ranger Green Cordura Nylon instead of regular polyester fabric for the embroidery backing.

2024 Peasant Patch goes live this Friday, 09/06, at 8:00 PM ET.

Each peasant patch run is unique in material, color, and/or design. No two runs are alike and once a peasant patch run is sold out, it will not be restocked. The 2024 run brings back our original G1 design but embroidered this time on 500D Ranger Green Cordura Nylon. It’s a more durable material, will match better with your ranger green kit, and give better contrast between it and the embroidery thread under IR light.

“Remember this and stand firm, recall it to mind, you transgressors, remember the former things of old; for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’ calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed, and I will do it.”
