As human beings, we were created in the image of God, with a soul, spirit and body.
Often with Christians, the body is merely an afterthought.
Having a body is a privilege. Without a body, our time is up (this realm we are living in now exists within the confines of time; the afterlife is not bound by time). Just like us, demons cannot operate in this realm without a body, which is why they work so hard to inhabit the human body (as discussed by Jesus, amongst other places in the Bible, in Luke 11:24-26).
When we become a "Christian," which is defined as "a follower of Christ," the responsibility to take care of our bodies actually increases, because our bodies were purchased with the very expensive blood of Jesus Christ who sacrificed Himself on a cross for us in order to pay the heavy price that justice requires for our sins so that we may be reconciled to a holy God.
When we are filled with the Holy Spirit of God, our bodies become the temple of God. It is our responsibility to take care of that temple to the best of our ability.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 KJV — What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Romans 12:1 KJV — I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV — Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
Now, more than ever before in our lifetime, it is vital that we do what we are able to keep our bodies as far away as possible from the Big Pharma sorcerers and their unholy hospitals.
If you need some help in getting back on track with taking care of the body which God gifted you, which Jesus paid for with His own blood, and which the Holy Spirit dwells in - below are a few people I have learnt from and recommend, merely from a bodily perspective.

Above all, however, bring your every bodily need before God in prayer and thanksgiving, with faith and without grumbling or complaining. He made our bodies and He can not only heal our bodies, if it is His will, but He can also give us the wisdom and lead us to the knowledge of how to take care of our bodies in the most optimal way that pleases Him and brings Him glory.
Philippians 4:6 KJV — Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
