At our recent Seedly x URA: Shaping the Future of Work - Community Meetup, attendee Yolanda shared her experience exploring how our regional business centres are being shaped:

“It was very insightful to learn how various districts planned many years ago, have come to life today, with Tampines standing out as a successful model. While you can read about decentralisation on the news, experiencing the exhibition provides a deeper understanding.

What struck me most was how these plans create diverse opportunities to meet different needs, giving people space to work, live and thrive. It’s inspiring to see such extensive planning not just for the CBD, but also for neighbourhoods like Punggol and Woodlands. The vision is to help communities flourish in their own neighbourhoods beyond the city centre.”
