The Honourable Kukatpally Court has been informed today regarding the resignation of the Management Committee on December 22, 2024

RVRGIAN’s - Today all our heads should be buried in shame and we mean it.

Around 15 Senior Citizens were standing in Kukatpally court from morning 10am to 4pm without lunch or snacks. At their age they are trying to do something for all of us and we are all going about our chores in a normal manner just typing in Social Media or gossiping in the corridors. One of their relative met with an accident last night and he travelled whole night to AP and returned back in the morning to attend the court hearing and file necessary documents in the Court.

The petitioners advocate refused to accept any notices from our Lawyer, Senior Citizens Lawyer or Advocate Venkat Kumar and did not attend the court hearing whereas all this while they claim that MC is delaying the proceedings.

We commend our Senior Citizens spirit and their sense of social responsibility towards our community. May god bless them with good health, happiness and long life.

It was very saddening moment to see them suffer at this stage of their life in the corridors of the court.

-6th of Every Month for Service Vendors to ensure staff Salaries are paid by them.

-Around 16th of Every Month for Utilities - Power & Water.

-7th of Every Month for Tax Deducted at Source.

-21st of Every Month for GST payments.

Cases Status as on 23-01-2025

3323 was listed after 2.5years in High Court. All other cases arguments are yet to begin/conclude.

Kukatpally Court the Judge position has been vacant from last 2-3 months.

Petitioner and his friends continue to spread falsehood that we are delaying the case. This is our own judicial system and general situation of most of the legal battles in our country which is known to all whereas the petitioner and his friends always give false hope saying that the Judgement will be pronounced in every hearing. The only case listed for orders is the Illegal and cancelled Co-operative Society formed without the knowledge of the Flat Owners.

The Ex-MC members could not have continued perennially under these challenging circumstances and hence they had resigned. They are in the same boat as any common resident as on date.

Greetings RVRGians !!

In any democracy, public participation is most important and generally decides the fate of the Society. It is heartening and a welcome move to see some of our members with a sense of Social Responsibility are trying to get our members together for resolving the current crises.

We would also like to encourage maximum participation for the meeting in a cordial atmosphere.

As far as the MC is concerned, it has resigned and will not be/cannot in anyway be a road block for any pragmatic solution. Tomorrow we are also sure that some of the members may try to spread lies, make insinuation remarks on us. Our suggestion would be to ignore those and not believe them, they are just diversion tactics. As stated earlier, good or bad MC is past no point discussing about them.

The only guiding point for discussion should be “How do we resolve this Impasse”.

Why should common residents suffer without basic Utilities?

We wish all our members “All the very best”, hope you all find a solution.

CRVRGROWA is illegal but resignation by MC is not in valid format 💁

One would write a letter to State Bank of India to stop operating the accounts https://t.me/RVRGUpdates/3787. Today because the MC has resigned - same person says there is status quo MC should continue else they will be held responsible by court.

Till yesterday there is no MC today MC cannot resign. Make up your mind first.

The fundamental question remains - what does he want ? MC to continue 😇 which is not possible, sorry for the 💔

1. What is a Housing Society Conveyance Deed?

The housing society conveyance deed in India is a legal document that transfers the ownership of immovable property, such as land or building, from the builder or developer to the cooperative housing society or the apartment owners’ association. The deed is executed after the completion of the construction and registration of the property.

2. Why has CBDL not executed conveyance deed for RVRG yet ?

In the instance of RVRG, the builder has not refused to execute the conveyance deed but is awaiting the completion of the project in all respects.

In case the builder does not execute the conveyance deed/ refuses, he can be prosecuted. It is mandatory to execute the same.

Telangana Caste Census / Survey

Government officials will be undertaking door-to-door visits as part of the Caste Census / Survey.

In the first phase, the enumerators will paste stickers at each house using it as an identification mark to conduct the survey.

In the second phase, scheduled to begin from November 9, the enumerators will start collecting the data.

NOTE: All matters related to this activity are between the government officials and the residents and any questions / clarifications may be taken up directly with the government authorities. The MC / FM have no role to play.

Deepavali / Diwali Festival - Designated Zones for Firecrackers

Considering the overall safety & convenience of all residents, we have designated specific zones for lighting of firecrackers as shown in the attached layout. The zones identified are such that they are away from adjoining buildings, parking areas, electrical infrastructure, areas which have inflammable material etc.

• Date: 31-October-2024, Thursday

• Time: 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- All common areas (such as entire Central Park, non-designated podium areas, flat corridors & balconies, block lobbies, staircases, rooftop terraces, basements, driveways, Outdoor Sports Center, Outdoor Gymnasium, Kids Play Zones, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool etc.) should STRICTLY NOT be used for lighting of firecrackers of ANY type whatsoever

- STRICLTLY DO NOT light ANY type of firecrackers whatsoever in individual flat balconies, as sparks may fall onto other flat balconies / ODUs below, leading to fire hazards

- STRICLTLY DO NOT light very high decibel crackers, rockets inside the community

- Children below 14 years of age should be accompanied by their parents / guardians while handling firecrackers
- Basic safety measures such as additional podium lighting, fire extinguishers, water and first-aid kit will be available
- Residents must drop all trash / cartons / covers in the specific bins that will be made available in the designated zones. Do not throw used firecrackers / trash into adjacent lawns, planter boxes etc.
- If anyone wishes to light firecrackers during any other day / time (as per their customs / traditions), they may do so outside of RVRG premises, at the Exit Road on the westside of RVRG, on their own risk / liability, which is subject to government directives.

Hefty penalty shall be imposed in case of any violation of the above guidelines.

Use of firecrackers is subject to rules / regulations / guidelines issued by government / law enforcement agencies.

We seek the cooperation of all residents and request everyone to abide by the timings, zones, Do's and Don'ts.

Follow-up Update from the Management Committee

We wholeheartedly thank all our members who could participate and contribute towards the discussion we had on 27-July-2024 further to our message vide https://t.me/RVRGUpdates/4681.

This has given us an opportunity to explain the reasons behind our decision to resign from the Office of the Management Committee. We are sure that residents have understood the main reason for our resignation which includes not being able to do justice to the residents and community any further due to the continued impasse, apart from our own varied personal and professional commitments.

It has been our unequivocal declared stand always that it is the collective majority will of the members of community that reigns supreme, which is democratically & legally expressed via elections, GBMs. Unfortunately, these fundamental rights have remained suspended & unavailable to the members for a long duration now.

We welcome & encourage the members to collectively determine the next course of action & way forward for the community.

We stand firm on our decision to resign as MC members. We shall duly communicate to all members as well as the Court after our formal resignation.
