This hurt market sentiments
Co having less debt like IT stocks were stable because of less debt or almost debt free
whereas Co having good debt like metal and realty were beaten down because they were expecting less interest by Dec

Demonetisation day! A day of great loss for alot amongst us.
But for me, my demonetisation happened back in 2013
Demonetisation of my dreams, my hope, my faith,
8th nov 2013
I still remember when all my hopes were shattered, first failure of my life.
I failed in CA exams and the worst part was that my friends had cleared.(Kehte hai na ki khud fail hojaye toh dukh hota hai but agar dost 1st ajaye toh jyada dukh hota hai) I was the only one in my group who couldn't clear the exams.
Felt like sab khatam, life ends here.
Didn't have any idea what to do, where to start, where to go. I thought to gave a try as a volunteer in political rallies.
Messaged Aam aadmi party and got selected as a volunteer.
Worked hard to meet different people
But somewhere felt like can i still do better?
Can i give another try?
A try for my dreams, my hopes?
Okay I will cut it short ๐
Opened a demat account, started trading
As usual profits were just 10 whilst losses were 50. This is what happens when you start something without gaining knowledge first.
Started looking out for mentorship, guidance
Started to learn basics
Being from commerce fraternity helped me in fundamental analysis.
It took educational failures, heart-break, 9 operations to stand on feets but once i am here, there is no way of going back.
Year 2017 got SEBI registered.
Opened up my own venture.
Started to impart some knowledge in different corners to help retail investors.
After 8 years, completed 131 batches of imparting knowledge.
Made a community of thousands of same mindset people who can help each other.
Got to learn how to keep patience with stocks and market.(In general still learning ๐)
When I look back i still can't believe this happened and sometimes I even cry and give a thumbs up to myself that yes I can and I will ๐ช๐ป
If I can, you can too
I am not a extraordinary guy, I am a normal guy like every other
Always try for your dreams, It takes patience to achieve them but yes once you are there it is really worth off
Don't look at stones, look at milestones
My fav quote of this journey
Abhi to chalna seekha hai, udana baaki hai
Abhi to aye hai zameen par, abhi to pura asman baki hai
It took me 8 years to listen these words from my father
" I AM PROUD OF YOU"

ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES :
1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Don't get used to government houses. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house
2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority
3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal development
4. Avoid office gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings
5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain
6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run
7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your salary
8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit
