Important Dates
- New semester for fall admission students starts on January 20, 2025.

Requirements for Offline Students
1. *Valid Medical Insurance*: Ensure you have valid medical insurance to attend offline classes.
2. *Paid Tuition Fees*: Ensure you have paid tuition fees or have an extension of school fee payment.

Actions for Offline Students with Expired Medical Insurance
- If you are currently in Ukraine and plan to study offline, come to the Dean's office IMMEDIATELY to renew your medical insurance.

Requirements for Newcomers Who Studied Online
- If you returned to Ukraine and want to study offline, come to the Dean's office and get medical insurance first.
- Without medical insurance, you will not be allowed to attend offline classes.

Payment and Attendance
- If you did not pay school fees or paid part of it but did not apply for an extension, you will not be allowed to attend classes.
- If you paid school fees late (but before the start of classes), and the payment did not reflect on time, you will not be allowed to attend classes. However, you can appeal for rework without paying for missed days.

Requirements for the video which the participant must attach to the registration form:
• For participants, the video should last 2-3 minutes.
In the video you need to:
1. Introduce yourself (name, course, specialty). ✅
2. Demonstrate your talent or hobby on video. ✅
3. Tell why you decided to enter a medical university and what kind of doctor you see yourself as in the future. ✅
4. Share your life credo. ✅
We will attach the evaluation criteria in the profile header!
The more active the participant, the more chances of winning!

Selection process:
Our competition will be held in two rounds:
🔥- The first round: will take place from January 15 to February 5, where the jury, which includes university teachers, will select the 15 best participants, where the presentation of themselves, grace and charisma, active life position, talents and intelligence of the participants🌟 will be evaluated.
From February 5 to February 10, the jury will select 15 participants according to certain criteria (which are attached to the profile header).

🔥- The second round: will take place on February 10 in an online format. Your videos will be posted on the Student Parliament page, each of which will have its own number. Everyone will be able to vote for their favorites (1 person = 1 vote), but the prerequisite is that everyone can vote only 1 time
According to the results of this round, we will award the winners during the spring ball.

Dear international students!

Mandatory medical check-ups will be carried in the first week of January 2025 for those only, who are studying offline in Ukraine and have classes on clinical bases in hospitals.

Those, who do not attend these medical check-ups, WILL NOT be allowed to attend classes offline in the spring semester 2025.

The cost for medical check-ups will be ca. 350 UAH.

Please, inform your inspector if you plan to attend by December, 11, 2024.
