We will remember, but never forget either the Nationalities that fought FOR us. Also remember Britain didn't have a large enough army and so, the army was made up of conscripts, Butchers, Bakers, candlestick makers, Farmers and Doctors, and all kinds of other professions and those of no profession at all. Remember them NOT as soldiers but as individuals who answered the call and then of course were called up.
We must NEVER forget that these Men and Woman, were NOT hardened individuals on the whole but actually ordinary people like you and I who pulled off remarkable feats of bravery. Lions led by donkeys has never been a more apt description. God bless them all
