🧧 Advised by Singha Rinpoche, our Venerable Sanghas will be performing Gyabshi Puja before Chinese New Year to pray for all devotees. This puja is one of the most renowned Vajrayana rituals for purifying obstacles and harm.

🪔 For optimal benefits, devotees are encouraged to attend in person and bring along some coins and a small piece of cut fabric (approximately 3 x 3 inches) from a worn, unwashed top clothing. These items can also be brought to our temple in advance.

🌸 中华文化中，太岁是一颗与木星运行轨道相同但方向相反的星。民间相信，每年太岁星移动的位置，会造成一些特定的生肖属相与太岁产生‘冲犯’的情况，引起各种灾厄。

🌸 In Chinese culture, Taisui (太岁) is a star which moves directly opposite Jupiter. It's believed that Taisui's shift in position will result in ‘clashes’ with certain Chinese animal signs every year, thereby causing misfortune.

🌸 As a remedy, we recommend offering Prayers to Lord Kalachakra to purify the inauspicious conditions that arises from the clashes with Taisui.

✨【修缮圣宝塔】✨

🌈 Stupas are profound symbols of the Buddha’s enlightened mind. Due to weathering, our stupa at the temple has many parts where the paint is peeling (as seen in photo), and the gold paint has also lost its sheen of brilliance.

🪔 To restore this holy stupa, the project entails painting, gold leafing, and waterproof coating the stupa at our temple so that it may regain its brilliance and continue benefitting many sentient beings.

🙏 Join us in accomplishing this meritorious deed as one collective, and plant the seed of enlightenment for self and others too!

☸️ In our annual Grand Sanctification Ceremony of Cundi, we make strong supplications to Lhamo Cundi for three days continuously to request for her universal blessings.
