🍜 Heritage Laksa Delight (TZ)

Had breakfast at Famous Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa in Hong Lim this morning. ⏳ Waited 10 mins (a tour guide ahead ordered 10 bowls!), but the $7 laksa 🦐🐚🍗 was worth it—rich broth, fresh prawns, cockles, and tender chicken, living up to its Michelin Bib Gourmand fame.

👩‍🍳 The lady boss proudly shared their 24-year journey, keeping the 1950s Sungei Road hawker legacy alive. 🏮 A delicious start to the day!
