Hey. I know we like to use fandom as an escape from politics. But many of us are queer, maybe even left-leaning — hell, even thinking women should have reproductive rights means your life has been made political. Even if you think the Harris/Walz ticket is meh, the Trump/Vance one is worse, with an entire plan to turn the US into an autocractic state that is supported by the judges and Supreme Court Trump installed during his disastrous first term.

There's been serious rumblings of requiring government ID attached to your online handle and about banning pornography outright, on top of the myriad of horrors that is Project 2025. All of it will effectively kill and gutter werewolf, pagan and furry artforms. The line has to be drawn here and i'd rather live in a world where we the people still have control over what we can do, say, create and share with others.
