Frustratingly, I have an unprecedented amount of support right now. I go to psychotherapy, I take antidepressants, friends take me out and come to visit (and do the dishes sometimes). My cat is healthy (yay).
And yet I lie down most of the time and can't do anything because with all this splendour I can't sleep. So I need even more support and help.
