9 months old patient initially had diarrhea, vomiting than started rash. Symptomatically treated at home. Now have encephalopathy, fever, oligouria, anemia, coagulopathy, black stool and rash showed above👆🏻. What is your likely diagnosis?

My versions:
1) Henoch-Schonlein Purpura syndrome.
2) Hemolytic Urimic Syndrome
3) Sepsis and DIC (Disseminated intravascular coagulopathy)
