In-depth Atma Kriya Yoga Practice Sessions

We're excited to start offering in-depth Atma Kriya Yoga practice sessions for those initiated into Atma Kriya Yoga.

Guided by our Atma Kriya Yoga teachers, each session will focus on a specific technique and explore the bhakti behind it. Each session will conclude with a group practice of the technique, followed by a 45-minute Atma Kriya Yoga practice without guidance.

The aim is to give practitioners a chance to refresh their understanding, reconnect with the details, and perhaps rekindle their interest in the practices.

These sessions will be held on quiet Sundays when there are no major events at SPN.

Explore the holy temples of the Divine Mother in West-Bengal with Paartha and Anuprabha. Visit Kali temples in Kolkata, Dakshineshwar, Tara Peeth and the ashram of Parvathy Baul.

We will also visit Mayapur and the birth place of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in Navadvip.

SPECIAL BONUS: Guruji Paramahamsa Vishwananda will personally take part in this pilgrimage and spend two days with the group! Together with Him, we will visit a very special Ma temple, which He wanted to see for a long time!
