Dear Parents,
As we are approaching the end of the year we would like to inform you regarding branch transfer request, students’registration priority, and2023/24 Ac. Yr. School fee increment
• All branch transfer requests should be filled and submitted starting from Monday June 5, 2023 to Tuesday June 13, 2023, for the purpose of prioritizing space for our students. Any branch transfer request will not be accepted after June 13, 2023.
• Regarding Students Registration, priority will be given for those who have got brothers and sisters in our school, andscreening and documenting will start from Wednesday June 14, 2023 according to a schedule set for each branch to avoid any possible queue and inconvenience. June 19 &20 are scheduled for CMC branch to submit documents and bring in the child to the registration office. Therefore parents need to prepare the necessary documents for registration before this date approaches. Any priority request for registration won’t be accepted after June 20, 2023. The final registration and payment will be done from July 8-12. Registration will be open for the public starting from July 8, 2023 after students who have got siblings completed the formalities and finalized registering.
• For CMC KG and Elementary Branch for the Academic year 2023/24 school fee will be increased for KG section by birr 1850 per month (50%) and Elementary Section by birr 1800 per month (50%).
