Mobile Solar charge station completely wired up. Should have a battery breaker but never installed one for power cut off from batteries to controller.

Big thank you to Charlie 303 who took the time and effort to show me this set up.

I think it’s a great concept.

Pictures will follow soon.

-2x 150w solar panels

-1x 800w inverter

-1×1kw inverter

-1x 4060amp charge controller

-4x 105 a/h 12v batteries

-4x 90kg castors

Then the wood which was 114x38 pine rafters.

I used 500 amp battery jump cables to connect the batteries together and then up to controller. Panels screw in directly to controller as well as the inverters because everything is so close. The wire outlets from the solar panels were mounted so they at the top and screw straight into the controller.

Onboard charging (with managed batteries) without a stupid rubber flap that might not seal. Has features I like; YMMV.

Expensive but it’s a nice bit of kit.
