1. If you do not have the jailbreak, then leave this.
2. Install AppSync 7.0+ or 8.0+
3. Install RosettaStone (try all version, I dont know which one with work?)
Only tested v2.5.0 with iPad 8.4.0 jb
4. Open RosettaCourse, create the demo account (it's fast and free of charge) and Logins .
5. Find the language you want, choose any lesson with a lock and a tap on the buy all a levels.
DOwnlaod and start learning
If you use iOS 9 and install latest version (3.x.x)
Install IAPCrazy or LocalAPStore and do the trick. I didn't try
