Hn Ji Namastey,

Well, recognizing the overwhelming abundance of RBI Grade B preparation strategies online, Aman (Grade B-2023) observed a significant lack of personalized accounts. This book bridges that gap, offering a captivating narrative that resonates with countless aspirants. It presents valuable insights and guidance not just through strategies, but also through relatable journeys and experiences. To further empower readers, the final chapter provides a comprehensive list of sources and detailed notes, all conveniently editable for ongoing updates.

I hope this helps you and make your preparation journey a bit smooth.

Hn Ji Namastey,

Well, first thing first, Congratulations to all the RBI Grade B Achievers!

To all the brilliant minds who have conquered the RBI Grade B exam, I extend my heartfelt congratulations! This is a momentous occasion, and you deserve every bit of this success. Your dedication, hard work, and perseverance have paid off, and you are now on your way to a fulfilling career.

And for those who haven't made it this year, I understand your disappointment. But please remember, this is just a temporary setback. Success doesn't come easy, and it often takes multiple attempts. Learn from your mistakes, analyze your performance, and come back stronger next year.

Here's a small example to illustrate my point:

Imagine a marathon runner. ‍They train for months, pushing their limits and enduring countless challenges. But on race day, they stumble and fall, missing the qualifying time. Would that runner give up? No! They would dust themselves off, analyze their misstep, and train even harder for the next marathon. ‍

That's the spirit I want you to possess! Don't let this setback define you. Use it as fuel to propel you forward. Remember, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Start again, and this time, reach your goal!"

Hn Ji Namastey,
First thing first, 🎉 Congratulations on your remarkable achievement! You've conquered a significant milestone by successfully clearing the RBI Phase 2 exam. Your dedication, hard work, and perseverance have paid off, and you deserve all the applause. As you now gear up for the interview, remember that your journey is far from over. Your preparation and determination have brought you this far, and they will continue to guide you towards excellence. Embrace this opportunity with confidence, stay true to your knowledge, and let your passion shine through. The interview panel is waiting to witness your brilliance – go ahead and make your mark!

Coming to the folks who couldn't make it, 🌟 remember that setbacks are just stepping stones to success. While this year's RBI Phase 2 or Phase 1 result might not have aligned with your expectations, it's important to realize that this is just one chapter of your journey. Use this moment to reflect, recalibrate, and refocus. Every experience, including challenges, contributes to your growth. Keep in mind that success is not defined by a single exam but by the determination to persist and improve. Dust off disappointment, let it fuel your motivation, and come back stronger next time. Your dedication will lead you to your desired destination. Believe in yourself and your capabilities – your potential is limitless.

No matter which side of the result you're on, know that your journey is unique and worth celebrating. Keep striving for excellence, and remember that every step you take brings you closer to your goals. Good luck to all! 🌟🚀

Hn ji Namastey,

So here we are. I know you are all feeling a mix of emotions right now: excitement, nervousness, and maybe even a little bit of fear. But I want to remind you that you have worked hard for this moment, and you are more than prepared to succeed. I know many folks will think now, "I DIDN'T STUDY MUCH". Trust me, many successful candidates had been in this position. SO cheer up. Believe yourself.

You have studied for countless hours, learned about GA, Quant, Reasoning, and English and practiced your test-taking skills. Think about the efforts you had put and you will realize that your hard work is stronger than your anxiety and fear.

Now I know many Youtube or Telegram gurus will appear out of the blue with "BEST STRATEGY TO TAKE THE EXAM TOMORROW". But trust me, the BEST and ONLY STRATEGY will be devised by you, during tomorrow's exam. Don't let the GURUS impact your own strategy or plan. I know that you are all capable of achieving great things. So tomorrow, when you take the exam, I want you to believe in yourselves. Trust your preparation, stay calm, and focus on your best performance.

So go out there tomorrow and give it your all. I know you will do great things!

Here are some tips to help you on the day of the exam (I KNOW THINGS WOULD BE REPETITIVE HERE):

1. Get a good night's sleep.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast.
3. Arrive at the testing center early. (Very Important)
4. Bring all of the required documents mentioned in the admit card.
5. Stay focused and confident throughout the exam.

I wish you all the best of luck!

Hn ji Namastey,
I hope you all are attempting the quizzes, and descriptive questions and getting the learnings from them.

Let's talk about Phase 1. If you have gone through the 2022 Phase 1 paper [IF NOT, PLEASE GO THROUGH THEM], you will notice that only a few questions were from the Ranking section. There were questions related to Global Fish Production, World's Forest Report, etc. (Pretty unconventional)

It's a dilemma now- To put effort or not towards these rankings. I leave this to your discretion, as you anyway would be covering these rankings.

But how to remember so many rankings? Every second day some organization comes up with different rankings.

There might be different methods to do that and one of them I am sharing here. While I was preparing for the exam, I created an Evernote note for these rankings. I included the info and data which were important wrt exam. You can make a similar table and revise it regularly. Revising will also get the data in hand while writing answers.

For those who are already using Evernote, I am sharing the Note Link, you can directly update the data here.

I hope it helps. Wish you all the best.

I have highlighted key schemes in the Vision Scheme Compilation's Index pages, according to my knowledge. These schemes can be found in your chosen sources, such as Edutap, Crack Grade B, etc. Do not be alarmed; the plan I have already outlined in the last few days will be repeated in this index. So, simply go for the schemes courses that we have not yet covered and go through those.
