However, if you're one of the few teachers driven by a genuine desire to enlighten your students, dedicating yourself selflessly to their growth and improvement each day, you are doing remarkable work.

Though you may be taken for granted, misunderstood, or you may fear being replaced by someone more experienced in today's competitive market, none of this should distract you from the fact that you are making a profound difference in the lives of your students—often in ways you may not fully realize.

Read and analyze thoroughly by making as many notes as possible to step up your game. I believe learning from its explanations and examples helps you solidify your existing knowledge and fill in some gaps. The key is to be attentive and detail-oriented.
