Neuro and Psychiatric Line across all provinces in Iraq.

🟢Key Responsibilities:🚩Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team for the Neuro and Psychiatric Line, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
🚩Strategic Implementation: Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s goals across Iraq.
🚩Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
🚩Performance Tracking: Analyze team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
🚩Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and operations to streamline processes.
🚩Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
🚩Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
🟢Qualifications:🚩Therapeutic Area Expertise: Extensive experience in the Neuro and Psychiatric therapeutic line.
🚩Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively.
🚩Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
🚩Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and make data-driven decisions.
🚩Track Record: A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and implementing successful strategies.
🟢Requirements:🚩Applicants must be 30 years or older.
🚩A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Must)
🚩At least 2-4 years of experience in managing Neuro and Psychiatric products.
🚩Willingness to travel and manage operations across all provinces of Iraq.
Applicant must be based in Baghdad.
