سبحان الله هالدواء استخدامه كثير ومفيد جدا في الطب وخاصة لنا في الاطفال:-
1-اولا نعرفو انه من اهم الادوية او الدواء رقم واحد ال مفروض موجود في عدة resuscitation سواء كان neonate او طفل كبير واهم دواء واول دواء يتم اعطاءه في حالة cardiac arrest Iv
2-ثانيا استعماله في حالات anaphylaxis or anaphylactic shock ونعطوه intramuscular و يعتبر live saving في الحالات هادم, والحالات ال عندهم anaphylaxis كذا مرة ضروري ياخدو قلم epipen ولو صارله وحاس بالاعراض في اي مكان يضرب طول او حد يضربله وينقد حياته .
3-ثالثا تيضا استعماله في حالات upper airways obstruction خاصة في حاله Severe croup و نعطيه بخار او nebulizer وللاسف مش متوفر بجرعة nebulizer earosal ، ولهذا نخففو في الابره هذه بال normal saline و نعطو فيها ويعتبر دواء مفيد جدا .
4-رابعا استخدماته كثيرة جدا ايضا في عنايات الاطفال وحديثي الولادة زي حالات pulmonary hemorrhage عن طريق ETT و غيرها .......ect .
