Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operational activities to align with and achieve company objectives.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Establish and enforce operational policies to maintain efficiency and quality across all functions.
2. Inventory and Warehouse Oversight:
• Supervise inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
• Monitor warehouse performance to ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and efficiency goals.
• Liaise with agents, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy and meet procurement needs.
3. System and Technology Management:
• Manage the implementation and effective utilization of enterprise systems such as Odoo ERP to support operational objectives.
• Work closely with the technical team to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
• Ensure systems are updated and aligned with organizational needs for scalability and efficiency.
4. Import and Export Operations:
• Oversee import and export activities, ensuring compliance with all local and international trade regulations.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate with customs agents, freight companies, and regulatory bodies to streamline operations.
5. Distribution Management:
• Monitor distribution operations to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to designated locations.
• Develop and implement innovative distribution strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with transportation partners to ensure reliability and performance.
6. International Coordination:
• Design and maintain detailed operational plans for all countries in which the company operates.
• Proactively address challenges arising from international market changes, developing solutions that mitigate risks and align with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-border operations to ensure consistency in processes and standards.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate detailed periodic reports for senior management on operational performance, inventory levels, and distribution metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
• Present actionable insights and strategies for enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and driving growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems, including ERP systems (Odoo experience )
