The end of semester is right around the corner and NUS College Club has put together an Exam Welfare Pack (EWP) together with NUSSU to motivate you as we head into finals season 🙏🎁📚

EWP distributions will be happening Week 13 on the 14th and 15th of November (Thu and Fri), 6-8PM @ Chatterbox

Dear NUSC,

Please be informed that the Logistics Directorate will be placing a moratorium on the loan of club equipment from 11 November 2024 to 06 December 2024 inclusive due to examinations.

If you urgently require logistics in support of a NUSC event, please contact @kangzhe, @Mrmcduckles or @cherchut at least 96 hours prior to the actual loan. All other loan requests will be rejected, as well as those that do not meet the 96 hours notice deadline.
*Approval of loans will be accessed on a case-by-case basis.

hi! clarification:

nusc’s haunted house will be open to ALL residents from all rcs from 630-10pm (including nusc residents). you have to come down physically with majority of the group (at least 4 ppl for a max 6 person grp size) to collect a queue number, but u will not need to wait outside physically until ur queue number is called. updates on the queue progression will be sent in the rchn tele chat!

from 10-11pm, nusc’s haunted house will be reserved for nusc residents only. u do not need to collect a queue number for this; it will be a physical queue outside CTPH!

come down to CTPH to face your biggest fears……. you have been warned, if you stay too long, you may not come out alive…. 👀

queue opens at 6.30pm - you have to be there at CTPH (with majority of your group) to collect a queue number. queue updates will be sent through the RCHN telegram group chat, so please monitor closely!

there will be a physical queue for nusc residents only from 10-11pm.

PS: this event contains moderately disturbing/scary objects, sounds and experiences. if you are uncomfortable with these, please refrain from participating.

Starting this year, our student photographers are capturing moments from our community events and curating them in these shared albums after editing. They have already covered numerous events and are continually updating the albums, with plans to keep doing so for years to come. Dear Bicycle Owners of NUS College,
 
Note that all bikes have to be registered under NUSCycling via this form before you are allowed to store them in the bike store rooms within Cinnamon or West Wing. Please fill this form by 15 November 2359. Do note that under the registration form you have to provide a picture of your bicycle as one of the fields.
 
After registering you will be issued a sticker to be stuck onto your bikes to verify that they have been registered. (Still work in progress, look out for updates! For now, the sticker will not be required to store your bikes in the storeroom) 
 
Any unregistered bikes will be managed by NUSCycling to prevent abandoned bikes from cluttering up the bike storerooms.
 
Finally, don’t forget to lock your bikes as there has been a case of high-value bike theft recently and neither NUSC nor NUSCycling will be responsible for loss or damage of property!

NUSCC’s Cultural Arts Directorate (CAD) has a hole in our heart 😢 Our beloved Singlit Shelves stamp is missing! The stamp as well as the shelves were designed and painted by the 1st NUSCC CAD members. Without the stamp we’re missing a part of our history 💔💔


Do let us know ASAP if you have spotted the stamp in any lounges, chatterboxes or bushes. Any leads would be helpful and appreciated. Updates on missing or misplaced singlit books are also welcome! Just text @thinkingaboutoranges or @sinkingshipss with the news.

In the meantime, be on the lookout for new books, fresh student publications and more! These will be added to the shelves immediately after our stamp is found :)))
