As the year comes to an end, it is natural to feel a rollercoaster of emotions ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿ˜ถ. Some of us may be looking forward to the new experiences and opportunities the next year may bring ๐Ÿคฉ, whereas some of us may be feeling a little blue this winter ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿฅถ. I personally am feeling a mix of both of these things๐Ÿ˜….
 
To acknowledge all that I am feeling, I will be slowing down a little bit ๐Ÿชท. Starting on 22nd of December, for ten days, I will be involved in one self-care activity each day ๐Ÿ˜‡. I invite you to join me on this journey and create a safe space for yourself ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ.
