Prof. Phillip, has worked upon the aspects and role of law in the encounter and entanglement between South and North – in international, comparative and European law, in legal theory and legal history. He has been Constumitutional Advisor to European Nations too.

Students who wanted to meet in Bengaluru, I shall be there in OGP 1 at 2 pm. 2pm till 2.35 pm. Post then, my driver comes & I shall be running away for my lecture.

Dear Students
I am in Bengaluru for coming days. So, in 2-3 days we can plan our meet. Currently, I am busy from 2 pm till 10 pm. We can plan before that in upcoming days.

Probability of my absences (but fixed)
1. Oct some days in Hyderabad
2. Some days in Mumbai
3. December in USA for around 15 days.
4. Jan in London.

Rest shall be shuffling between Delhi & Bengaluru.
