1. Lateral يعني طالع لبرا
مين اللي هشوفه من برا ؟
Abcess يا إما قدام الأذن يا إما وراها
Postauricular, Zygomatic
2. Medial داخل لجوا
جوا =inner
يبقى inner ear اللي هي labyrinthitis
وهناخد معاها عضمة كمان ونيرڤين بيوصلوا لجوا بردو
Petrositis
Gradenigo's syndrome "CN 5 ,6": retrobulbar pain , conversion
3. Anterior
مين الل قدام ال middle ear ؟
أكيد ال EAC وال MEC اللي بيمشي فيها ال facial nerve في ال fallopian canal
وهنا بيبقى فيه حاجة
pathognomonic "diagnostic" to acute mastoiditis = Sagging

يبقى حاسب يعم ال infilammation وانت راجع وراك sinus

1.pterygois muscle <so trismus happens in peritonsillar abcess too >
2.deep lobe of parotid < so DD of parapharyngeal space masses is deep lobe parotid tumor * Dumbel shaped mass* >
Facia covering superior constrictor muscle = buccopharyngeal facia
