A$AP Rocky Found Not Guilty

Rapper A$AP Rocky was found not guilty of shooting at his former friend, A$AP Relli, during a 2021 incident in Hollywood. After about three hours of deliberation, Los Angeles jurors cleared him of two felony assault charges.

If convicted, he could have faced over 24 years in prison. He had previously rejected a plea deal that included jail time and probation. After the verdict, he thanked the jury for “saving my life.”

There are a lot of things that I have kept to myself that have made me think lesser of myself, there are a lot of things that I have gone through but for now, I have decided that it will be just me and my children on this journey. I also want to clarify this and I will not mention names, I left my marriage a year ago. I am not in a marriage. It might seem like I am in a marriage but I am only there for the sake of my children,” she said.

Karangu addressed claims that netizens were financially supporting Triza, revealing that he sent her a substantial amount of money on valentine’s.

Karangu Muraya also asked his wife’s friend Tata Easy to talk to her and ask her to return home.

The rapper, whose real name is Michael Ebenezer Owuo Jr, 31, admitted guilt through a letter after an off-duty police officer observed him talking on his phone.

The undercover officer approached his tinted passenger window and instructed him to remove the tints and stop using his phone, as revealed in Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court today.

⚡️ Adani Charged in US With Alleged $256M Bribery and Fraud

Gautam Adani, the billionaire head of the Adani Group in India and one of the richest individuals globally, has been charged in New York for his involvement in an alleged bribery and fraud scheme worth billions, according to U.S. prosecutors on Wednesday.

Authorities claim that Adani and seven others, including his nephew Sagar Adani, agreed to pay around $265 million in bribes to Indian officials to secure contracts that could generate $2 billion in profits over 20 years, including the development of India’s largest solar power project.

Prosecutors also stated that the Adanis and Vneet Jaain, a former CEO at Adani Green Energy, raised over $3 billion in loans and bonds while concealing their corrupt activities from lenders and investors. The indictment revealed that some conspirators referred to Gautam Adani using code names like “Numero uno” and “the big man,” while Sagar Adani allegedly tracked details about the bribes using his cellphone.

The Adani Group has not yet responded to requests for comments outside of business hours in India, where the charges were made public early Thursday.

At 62 years old, Adani has a net worth of $69.8 billion, according to Forbes, making him the 22nd richest person in the world and one of the few billionaires formally accused of criminal activities in the U.S.

🔪 KCSE Student Stabbed To Death By Classmate

A student from Shiners Boys High School was fatally stabbed by fellow students in Nakuru County. According to Gilgil sub-county police commander Winstone Mwakio, the incident took place on the night of Saturday, November 9. The victim, who was a classmate of the attackers, was accused of damaging their belongings.

The police reported that the 4 suspects had been suspended from school but returned to take exams, only to discover that their property had been vandalized. Mwakio mentioned that the main suspect fled the scene with the knife used in the stabbing, and efforts are being made to find him, while three other individuals involved have been arrested.

“The four had been previously suspended for disciplinary reasons. We are not sure how they got the knife, but these students are known for causing trouble,” Mwakio said.

⚡️ Young Thug To Be Released From Prison

American rapper Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, was released from jail on Thursday after admitting guilt to charges involving gang activity, drugs, and firearms. He was sentenced to 15 years of probation, with five years counted as time already served.

This plea came after talks with prosecutors fell through, leaving the judge to decide the sentence. Young Thug pleaded guilty to one gang charge, three drug charges, and two firearm charges. He also entered a no-contest plea for another gang charge and a racketeering conspiracy charge, accepting these without arguing against them.

Prosecutor Adriane Love noted that there was no formal agreement, which allowed the judge to have full control over the sentencing. She mentioned that Williams made his plea without any deal from the prosecution.

💀 A 29-year-old man was stabbed to death while trying to break up a fight between a couple in the Huruma area of Nairobi.

Police reported that John Olando Ambwaye was stabbed in the neck and died from his injuries after arriving at a nearby hospital on Tuesday afternoon.

The fight involved a man and a woman, and when Ambwaye attempted to help, the husband had already knocked his wife down. Witnesses said that during the struggle, the attacker grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed Ambwaye in the neck.

The assailant then fled the scene. Detectives arrived shortly after but were unable to find him.

Ambwaye’s body was taken to the morgue for an autopsy, while the injured woman was treated at a local clinic and later released.
