๐ L&T Q2 net profit rises 5% to Rs 3,395 crore, beats estimates ๐
๐ฎ Larsen & Toubro (L&T)'s Q2 FY24 net profit rose 5 percent on-year to Rs 3,395 crore, beating Street expectations. A Moneycontrol poll of brokerage estimates had pegged L&Tโs second quarter net profit to fall marginally to Rs 3,182 crore.
๐ฎ The engineering and construction majorโs July-September revenue rose 21 percent to Rs 61,555 crore, beating the poll estimate of Rs 57,303 crore. Ahead of the results, brokerages said that the sales growth would be driven by execution tailwinds in the infrastructure projects segment, and sustained growth momentum in the IT and ITeS portfolio.
