Natasha Denona, a global leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a talented Influencers & PR Manager to join our team.
The Influencers & PR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's affiliate marketing and influencer marketing programs.
They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with a network of affiliates and influencers to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's overall affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, aligning it with the broader marketing and business objectives.
Identify, vet, and onboard new affiliate partners and influencers that align with the brand's target audience and values.
Negotiate contract terms, commission structures, and other agreements with affiliates and influencers.
Manage and optimize the performance of the affiliate and influencer marketing programs, tracking key metrics such as referral traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Create and maintain affiliate and influencer marketing guidelines, policies, and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance and accountability.
Collaborate with the content, social media, and digital marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and content for affiliates and influencers.
Monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitive activities to continuously improve the company's affiliate and influencer marketing efforts.
Analyze program performance data, identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and present recommendations to leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the affiliate and influencer network, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Provide training and support to affiliates and influencers to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell the company's products or services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
Excellent understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing best practices, platforms, and trends.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
Proficient in using affiliate marketing and influencer management platforms and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.
