2 Days Before the Election Facebook penalized KC45 until 5/2025 asserting "Community Standards" using a generic, broad and ridiculous claim that a video clip shared on the page from the White House Press Room was inciting physical Harm!

Claiming it was "edited" and that was inciting physical harm. On whom or how, they did not explain.

There was no implied or stated physical harm made. It was a video from the White House Press Room. Facebook says it was "edited", and equates that to physical harm.

Using that as the basis to penalize the page 2 days before the Election until MAY of 2025!

This is what Facebook does to skirt the immunity of being a "internet provider" but in reality Facebook is a media company making editorial choices that influence the outcome of the elections.
