A leading industrial company in Sahab area is seeking to hire Assistant HR Manager to join its team with the following:
- Timely update of company organization chart.
- Identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability/risk and develops/implements corrective action plans where necessary.
- Handle Performance Management.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the organizations training programs and recommends areas of improvement.
- Reviews training needs; modifies or improves existing programs or develops new training programs to meet those needs.
- Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new and transferred employees.
- Document all conducted trainings & Training evaluation.
- Responsible that eligible employees undergo the career path planner on time.
- Revise the career paths and update them periodically.
- coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.
- Establish and manage the data base for all candidates with reference number for each candidate & his / her status
- Establish contacts with universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies.
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. They work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. They also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work .
Regularly inspect the working area, find safety hazards, propose rectification opinion and ensure implementation.
Job Specification
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 6 + years’ experience in HR
• Master degree or professional certificates are a plus.
