What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Managing office administration – data entry, filing, and document management
✅ Assisting with policy renewals, claims processing & customer records
✅ Handling customer inquiries and supporting insurance agents
✅ Maintaining compliance records and assisting with finance & billing
✅ Coordinating office supplies, schedules, and meetings
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 SPM holders (1-2 years admin experience preferred) or Diploma graduates (fresh grads encouraged!)
🔹 Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
🔹 Good communication in English & Malay
🔹 Detail-oriented & customer service skills
🔹 Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder
