So, if I ever wanted to do yoga in a group setting of some sort…

Is it a requirement to wear toxic polyester, blood flow restricting, extremely tight, uncomfortable (what they claim yoga attire)?

Or can I wear something more comfortable? I feel like there’s a weird trend going on here..

Because the point of yoga is to release toxins, and be able to work on your blood flow and flexibility. But it’s super “trendy” to wear these outfits, & these outfits only. I don’t get it.

I have never worn yoga pants in my life, although I bought some years ago, I tried them for a couple of days, and donated them within a week of purchasing. I don’t like the feeling of being restricted, and having my blood flow cut off, they gave me anxiety and I couldn’t breathe! You’ll also never catch me wearing jeans either!

This whole yoga fashion trend just seems so contradicting to the benefits you are trying to receive.

And why not be “different” and free?

Labels keep your heart closed, and keeps you from your oneness with source/ God.

Labeling is victim energy. Victim energy wants you to believe that the problems and solutions for all of your life, are outside of you.

As for those being born into an abusive family, they are relating their pain onto you. You then get the chance to learn and to realize to break the generational cycle.
