A follow up to my previous post about infertility:

Over the counter pain relievers will significantly reduce fertility in both men and women.

Those are extremely toxic to your body and especially your liver, and will require a full 2-3 month (at least) detox from all over counter medications, including nyquill and allergy medications.

If one ends up having pain or a headache, the best things to take instead of over the counter antihistamines, is 1 capsule of turmeric, 1 capsule of Ceyanne pepper, and 1 capsule of magnesium, 3 times a day. These do not have any negative side effects, and will actually boost your fertility while relieving the pain.

Here’s what no one seems to think about when it comes to fertility. The man. And how healthy the man is.
As western society, most believe that if a woman cannot get pregnant, it must be because something is wrong with her.
But men have an equal role in this as well.

I know quite a few women who have a hard time getting pregnant, they eat rather healthy, don’t use chemicals or toxins, and live a healthy lifestyle, all while their man, eats like garbage, and has multiple energy drinks per day, and yet, no one looks at his over all health.

I go on google and type in “boost fertility” these screens shots are what come up from my search… it’s all directed towards women!

Although there are many helpful tips on the best foods to eat to boost fertility, and that goes for both men and women.

If you are trying to conceive, a good 2-3 month detox is necessary for both, in order to have higher chances of a healthy pregnancy and baby.

This is beautiful, this is love. Both men and women should take care of each other in every way when we need it most.

For many centuries or decades at least in western societies, it’s usually always the woman who takes care of her man when he’s not feeling well, plus the whole family. And when she’s not feeling well, she still has to take care of herself and the whole family. It can be exhausting to either be under the weather or going through big hormonal fluctuations.

Most of us have grown up in a world where there are gender roles. And if the woman is not feeling okay, it’s “not the man’s job to be a healer/ caretaker” but it comes from love. I think this right here is so beautiful 🙏🤍✨

~ Homemade Hand Soap ~

I just made some more hand soap today, I need to make another essential oil run soon, as I am running low on so many. But I had plenty of Tea Tree, so I used just that.

Pure Castile soap has to be diluted with clean water, and I added my favorite 100% pure olive oil to the mix so it doesn’t dry out your hands.

One of my best friends actually owns this olive oil company, and he sources the oil directly from Olive farms in Europe. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s pure!

Ingredients:

• Pure plant based Castile soap (1/4 of the bowl)
• 100% olive oil (about 1 teaspoon)
• 2/3 bowl of clean water for dilution
• As many drops of tea tree oil I felt was best. Tea tree has so many benefits for the skin. But you can use whatever essential oil you want.

I did not measure anything, I kind of just do what I feel is best.

The new year is in the spring, when the flowers bloom, and sun comes around again.

We have always had a 13 month, 28 day calendar until recently.

All of the numbers align to angel numbers on the 13 month calendar.

There are 13 moon cycles in a year, and a woman’s natural cycle happens 13 times a year, and is a duration of 28 days total.

They have the people “celebrating” the darkest times of the year. To mess with our biological clocks, and the earths natural cycles that we are supposed to live by.

New beginnings, new blossoms, brighter sun, more inspiration, connection, and grounding happens in the real new year. In the spring.

Some say it’s March, some say it’s April 1rst. But we have lost a month in history, so it’s somewhere around there!

Cancer and Tumors are not a disease. It’s the bodies survival mechanism.

When your body is loaded with toxins, with lifestyle and diet choices, and you aren’t properly detoxing, your body will collect all of those toxins into a mass, a lump, to ultimately protect the rest of your body from the toxins.

Your body is trying to fight something, and tell you something! That is how God designed us. But so many don’t listen to the signs.

And for some reason I have never been sick in the tropical/ sub tropical environments in winter. Except for last year, when it dropped down to 30 degrees in Florida for almost 2 weeks, and I never saw the sun for 2 months between Dec-end of Jan. It was brutal, especially being on a boat with no heat source…

I used to get sick almost every winter when I lived in the northern mountains.

These bags are mass produced and manufactured in high quantities for low cost. You are paying for the name. And it’s funny to me how everyone wants the same bag as someone else. There is barely any art or taste to these handbags, especially the ones with all of the Letters all over it.

I used to be obsessed with designer handbags, I had many Louis Vuitton’s, Guccis, Dior and more. Until they all got moldy living on a previous sailboat, so I threw them in the ocean.

I now have my own handmade purse I designed for myself, and I receive thousands of compliments on it like I would never receive on any designer bags.

I will be making more of these Boho styled handbags soon!

Maybe one day I’ll have my own one of a kind line 🤎✨

We LOVE our dogs. So much.

Why does it seem to be that most elder dogs (not even elder sometimes) get these tumors and cyst growths?

First of all, the basic dog food diet, is SHIT. It’s pure poison. It contains no nutritional value.

Second, vaccines! (Unfortunately I learned all about the vaccines a bit late for my own pup. She had a major cyst at the injection site) I didn’t know this back then.

I have been forging her papers ever since I learned that rabies vaccines are unnecessary, and cause major health issues.

I personally know farmers who have dogs, which they only feed real meat (scraps and pure meat from their own farm) these dogs live 20-30 years! It’s crazy! But it makes so much sense.

commercial dog food contains no nutrients a dog really needs.

When I discovered this, Ive been feeding my pup a dog’s natural diet, and making her food on my own. I do the best I can for her. I also add turmeric, coconut oil, CBD, & Parsley for more health benefits.

A wild observation:

I often shop at local health food shops and farmers markets when it aligns with my travels…

I also shop at big brand grocery stores as well for convenience at the moment.

The observation I usually have, is at the health food stores, I only see fit, beautiful, high vibe, healthy looking people!

At most (big name stores) like Walmart or target (that i usually go in for because my flip flops broke and I need shoes 😆 or something silly like that) they have the most sickly, unhealthy, unfit looking shoppers.

Go where the beautiful shop 😉
There is a reason they shop there!

I told my single male friend, a great place to meet the gorgeous, beautiful women, who take care of themselves, is a vegan cafe, farmers market, and definitely the beach!

Health issues are not genetic,
They are the result of passed down habits, or lifestyles.
Also emotional, and mental factors play a huge role in sickness as well.

Doctors are told to ask questions of “did your parents or grandparents have this?”
Usually a 50% chance they did, or didn’t have that cancer, or disease.

Let’s take lung cancer for example; Dr’s will say it runs in the family, but it’s truly due to your personal habits and choices. The quality of air you breathe.

Heart problems? That’s not genetic, that could be very well due to living through life with a broken heart, and not doing the inner work, or of course, poor habits.

Doctors are not trained to look at people as a whole.

There are so many studies out there on generational trauma, and lifestyle choices, that lead right to this, AND adopted children!

Genetics are what determine your eye color, hair, skin. illness is NEVER passed down through genetics. You create your own illness.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m so thankful, for so much this year. This has by far been the most emotional, heartbreaking, yet beautiful and surreal year for myself, my family, and the ones I love most (some I have to respectfully keep private off social media)

Beyond thankful my parents (as seen in these pics) are still with us on this day. My sister, and my sweet baby girl 🐶 (my puppy) We have been through some major life changing traumas together as a family within the last few months, and I will be posting about this later when the time is right.

For now, we are still healing.

I am thankful for my beautiful sister, stepping up to help me through my own rough times.

The amount of love my family holds for each other is forever & infinite.

I lost a lot this year, and was so close to loosing another too.. but we pulled through, and we are all together now 🙏🤍✨ and I feel more grateful than ever before.I have gained so much wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual strength.

The sun feeds us, heals us, and gives us life force. In ancient times, humans worshiped the sun, the sun gods. They had wisdom of all the sun does for us, the healing energies it offers. Without the sun, there would be no life. Sun IS life.

And yet we are told that the sun causes illness, cancer, and disease.

I always threw a fit when I was younger and my parents loaded me with sunscreen. Although back then, I didn’t know it was toxic, it just didn’t feel right. I haven’t worn sunscreen in years now. And I feel healthier than ever. (Now my parents are awakened to this as well!)

What frequency do you align with?

I used to believe in all the doom and gloom, and live by the fact that the world will go down in chaos & violence. I spent a huge portion of my savings on survival needs and guns. In fear that violence would take over the world.
Now - 4 years later… I’m on a different energetic level entirely. i am still prepared, and aware of what could happen, but I’m not in alignment with fear and total “survival from chaos mode”

I have grown spiritually, & ascended to new levels of my own inner being. And that is what I will contribute to the new world. It’s incredible what happens when I have aligned myself with higher levels of being. I am strongly surrounded by love & support, also like minded people all around!

Once I stopped tapping into the fear mentality, my whole life changed for the best. When all of us come together with pure love for each other, and the world, our energies and love frequencies combined will outweigh the evil & destruction.

Tragedies are horrific, but it bring out the BEST in HUMANITY! 🙏🏽🤍

The lesson is — do not wait for a tragedy to happen to treat one another this way. We are ALL ONE. We should be treating ONE ANOTHER with LOVE & COMPASSION all the time. When the Frequency of Love flows in ALL HUMANS 24/7, this Energy will manifest outwards & reality will be completely changed. The timeline of the collective will no longer experience harsh & difficult life situations. The purge of the old system & the turbulent storm of the 3rd dimensions is causing the paradigm shift of consciousness in the Great Awakening.

Hurricane Milton — now a Category 5 Hurricane! 🚨👀🚨

“Spiking from 60-160mph in just 28 hrs!”

“An abundance of lighting has been flashing around the eye of Milton, and indication it could still be strengthening.”

Milton is currently at 175 mph — ripping through the Gulf of Mexico!
